Good job, when my son played sports we rotated the responsibility of bringing team snacks and drinks to the game to cut down the expenses of one person being responsible, so let me suggest this to you pull out that list and give some of that expense and responsibility to the other parents.

My daughter's team had everyone bring a box or something. They dump it in a bag that way every kid would have something they liked in the bag and it offset cost on parents, bc a box of something is easier than providing for a whole team.
