This song was introduced to me from my Uncle who sadly passed away a few years ago.
It carried us through the hard times and after 2 years, I lost my Mum to cancer.
To this day it brings me sadness but also a nostalgic sense of peace.
It calms me, pains me and tears me up inside.
Yanni, you truly are a timeless inspiration. Stay strong all x

Even before I knew your daughter listened to it to sleep, I did also. Your music helped me get through a lot of stuff in my life. In times of trouble it was the glue that held me together. Been listening to Yanni for nearly thirty years now...almost every day. Have seen him twice in in concert, in Toronto. By far my favourite artist and I listen to all genres of music (Classical, Rock, etc.). He is the modern day Mozart and no artist is even close to his genius, except Paul McCartney and Barry Gibb. I have many of his albums and cannot pick a favourite song as all are masterpieces.
This song was played at my wedding. I thought it was so beautiful. Still is , all these years later. Thank you, Yanni.

This series of "An Evening With Yanni" performances show more than the talented composer and superb musicians did in all the other concert tours. There is no comparison between these evenings and all the glitz, glamour, and showmanship of now famous performances.
Here Yanni showed us his willingness to be open and answer questions. He gave us glimpses into his life and how he cherishes his family.
