You should always get a cup of hot water for your silver wear. Also, you choose all of the food that you got. Maybe you chose poorly. You can see if the chicken is cold or what the beef looks like before you get it.
I agree with the plastic utinsels. But the ones they give you is cheap and flimsy. I've gotten stainless steel ones with leftover food residue on them😝
