Fall is a tough time for me because I suffer from seasonal affective disorder or s a d, my depression gets worse and it makes me feel really tired, I m also dealing with the loss of my aunt I was close to, she passed away this time last year, then I also miss my dad who passed away 21 yrs ago, I live with my mom who is 83 and make sure she gets her medicine but also she had cancer in 2020 and I had to care for her and take her for her chemo etc, she is cancer free now but has to be screened every 3 months to make sure there isn't any cancer anywhere in her body, it is added stress but I have health issues of my own that I deal with, thank you for this music it's a good help for relieving stress
