    Love how Tanya explains that she is a reincarnated person with a lot of knowledge but wording it as to not seem like she's either insane or to cause an affect on the future.

      Showing that she is a being far beyond her years, yes. I really enjoy this character just because they're able to play the mental game so very well

      Not changing the future is not an issue since she knows from the start that it's an alternate history.

    You know, everything that Tanya just stated is correct...mostly because it is very realistic. No matter how advanced humanity is...they will always give in to their natural born instincts. You can teach a Dog many new tricks to make it more capable than its brethren but in the end...they are still a dog. That goes for any kind of species.
    Even Tanya is not above this as well. She may be a character who lacks the most empathy but in the end, her burning desire to reject a higher power who literally plays with her very life is going to bring her to ruin one day.

    This dialogue took Tanya the evil to another level. Many folks are too caught up with the World war shinanigans, but they forgot that this show is more about human psychology. War is simply FEAR played out. If you think about it. Why German started the world war I? It was fear of missing out. Why USA invaded Việt Nam? It was fear of communism. The domino effects. Why Russia invaded Ukraine ? It was fear of Nato. When human are driven to the corner, or when they sensed potential dangers they will bite.

      Fear is a driving force yes. But men who are afraid make poor decisions and there for cannot lead a war. War is not fear personified. War is prolonging of suffering made specifically to provide an outlet for those things which we find fault. Those injustices we must see righted. Humans seek the destroy that which they do not understand out of fear. But they also seek to lash out at that which they cannot control. Powerful men do not fear, they scheme to control that which they do not. They tell people these things are too complex for them to understand and use special language to ensure this. As the people do not understand they fear it. They then use this fear to bend the peoples will to fit their own. They use the frustrations of a system they perpetually break and abuse to fuel a cry for injustice which they only then direct towards the injustice they do not commit. Fear drives a man. Anger, jealousy, and greed drive humanity. Those with power will seek more, stopping at every cross roads to congratulate themselves on making it yet another step never once looking back at the road they've walked. A winding path where the skulls of solders and innocents pave the way like cobblestones. But blood makes poor mortar. And sooner or later the road crumbles and the powerful lash out in anger at their own powerlessness.
      Which takes us to today. In a world thought to fear anyone who could help us because they won't grant those in power yet more power. Our outrage is directed to the injustice that are chosen for us. Any who attempt to address any injustice outside those prescribed is dehumanized and given false labels to make them appear to be part of the problem. But now the road is crumbling and the people in power are again questioning if war is the best answer. Because right now we want, we need an outlet. We need something to blame, someone to punish. We've feasted on each other through little black screens, facelessly typing way and breaking down people we've never seen. But that doesn't give us satisfaction. Until the suffering is seen, until we see our punishment's carried out before our eyes this beast called humanity will never be satisfied.

      Hate to point out how wrong you are, but Russia didn't invade Ukraine due to fear of NATO. That's the country-scale excuse that makes the most sense, but truthfully Russia's decisions are not COUNTRY wide decisions. They are those of a single man, and Vladimir Putin is the single most narcissistic and greedy man on the planet.
      Ukraine is being invaded because of greed, not fear. The would-be czar is throwing a fit because they won't kowtow to him.

      @@HamburgerTime209 having an "evil" or a "devil" doesn't mean she's the genuine villain of the story, tanya may be viewed as a psychopath in the show but she is not especially when you read the LN itself, it shows that she really does care about things but she puts that aside and focuses on getting a high rank and work on the rearline for her own safety

    • @CyberJellos
      @CyberJellos 2 года назад +5

      @@HamburgerTime209 That title is actually incorrect. The real title is "The military chronicles of a little girl" I don't know why the name was changed to "Tanya the evil" for the english release, but it was a bad change and gives anyone watching a false impression of Tanya's character. That title change is probably why so many people seem to think that the character is a nazi, when her beliefs are as far from such an authoritarian ideology as possible.
      Sorry for the rant.

    People prefer emotions because it makes them feel safe. Emotions change however logic doesn't. People that priorities emotions over logic are the most gullible and easy to read like a book.
