Nice skills, Good results with simple tools. I am also working on a similar BMS project with 12V 30-40A with a more accurate BMS controller and hopefully share with DIY makers.
can U help me, how to increase current limit the BMS? I have BMS 4s 30A (for lifepo4) and 3s 40A(for li-po). The problem is, I can't use for run a 12VDC 8A motor. Both BMS are always in protection mode. Some say the minimum BMS is 50A for running that motor. Is there a way to increase the 4s 30A bms become 50A? Because I see there are 6 couples (12pcs) of MOSFETs with 90A max drain datasheet each. So I think 50A is still far from 90A. any idea?

I have a BMS Lipo 3s 40A, how do I increase it to 50 or 60A? I gave the motor a 12VDC load and it couldn't start, protection always occurred. Pls help...

I have never seen such a poor soldering on RUclips. Never solder battery first , solder wires on pcb first then battery in case of short circuit.

The 50A refer to the Mosfet.I also think that this means when several cells are connected together you get to your amperage and it is better to use components that can also handle more
