When using a character and it's English Dub mod installed, the fight load-screen starts at 82%, slowly gets to 84%, but then just stays there. It has the same load lock sometimes when using a character with the custom split costume parts. A Dark Magician Girl character with all the separated parts equipped.
So I followed this video and tried the solution you pinned and the mods aren't working. The game itself runs fine but the characters I installed aren't appearing, the characters they replace still look like their default versions.

The modders should start uploading the mods with the correct naming. This same thing happened with Fighterzmods
