Hi Sir, what if the actual thickness is thicker than nominal thickness? How to calculate corrosion rate.? for example measured thickness is 12.50mm while in drawing is 12.00 mm.

Location of corrosion is not given but you have taken as 1!
Forgot to add the exact location, how long it was from weld .In the question i have mentioned corrosion is not on the weld.
