Can you clarify one question sir? When we calculate ta (minimum neck thickness required as per UG-27/28) which radius need to select??
Pressure vessel internal radius or nozzle pipe internal radius??

Thanks for your question. For ta thickness calculation it's nozzle thickness. and for tb it's shell thickness.

how about if >= NPS 12 for example NPS 16 ?

In code no where is written "nothing but" nothing but nothing but
