You're not going to be favorable in anyone's eyes. The writing was on the wall, so to speak when you took over the position.

Hi Bernice. It is superhuman what Claire and Jamie have endured in their lives and Claire in particular was haunted by the ghosts of the past and it almost broke her in S6. As you said, SH and CB are excellent actors. We suffer and feel with Jamie and Claire because of their fantastic acting. The fact that we find it so difficult to endure some scenes is due to these brilliant actors.
