only a negligible amount. Rain tends to fall down, not like a garden hose aimed perpendicular to your glass curtain, so I've never had this be a problem.

Fingerprints every time you open and close them. I had to use gloves,lol. You get gaps and the plastic in-between goes yellow. They drove me INSANE!!! But great for maintaining a beautiful view as there are no surrounds. Looking into other solutions as we have moved. Anyone has ideas ?

In terms of URA regulations, for developments that are under the Balcony Incentive Scheme (also known as Balcony Bonus GFA Scheme), the semi-outdoor and outdoor areas (such as balconies) of such developments are not to be enclosed. The installation of Glass Curtains is considered as "enclosing the balcony" by URA.
It's best that you check with your MA/MCST about whether Glass Curtains can be installed at the balcony at your development.
