I don’t understand why your views are so low because in my opinion, you make the best makeup tutorials on YT (and great cooking videos! You’ve made me try out so many recipes). I think it has to do with RUclipss algorithms. Honestly, things changed a couple of years ago and I used to get alerts all the time Diana uploaded, now I don't, and often times I get busy and her posts pass me by. I always made time before and was excited when they popped up. Love Diana and D if you are reading this, I love the q&a videos and wish for more cooking ones. Its been FOREVER since you did one..or did I just miss it? lol!
i think you are not so 'loud' as other youtubers, like you just do your make-up, dont talk about bulshit .... please don't give up, you are one of my fav makeup artist on youtube :) and the most beautiful for sure
Hey doll, long time subscriber here and I could see the lack of sparkle in your eyes. Dont be discouraged, as the journey, success, etc is so different for everyone. I believe your core subscribers genuinely enjoy you and your content because you are authentic and don’t produce “let’s jump on th popularity train” type videos, you create content that reflects you. Maybe try a new weekly or monthly type series, different editing or content creation techniques, or new kinds of media. Always be open to explore different things if you’re feeling unfulfilled, but be kind to yourself, all will fall into place. Aristotle once said “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” *hugs*
Everything you just said is so true. I've been subscribed to her channel for a long time too and honestly, I prefer to watch her videos than those of other people's. You just can't get the same authenticity that Diana gives us from other RUclipsrs (not saying that none of them are, but it's hard to find people on here that keep it real with their subbies).

I suggest you do a Highlighted comment in all your videos, that way we get to interact with you more and you can see what tutorials we hope to see in the future. Maybe, also do polls where we get to vote on looks we want to see. Also, celeb inspired looks, especially the smokey, bold ones. Series- Like contour series. Asking people what makeup struggles they have and they giving tips on how to fix them.
To be completely honest, I wish your style of tutorials was the norm on youtube. If im watching your makeup tutorials, I know I'm going to see a fabulous look with great technique and good music without 20 minutes of blabbing about nonsense. I honestly am so tired of what the beauty community of youtube has become. Always complaining and just scandal after scandal. You dont have the issue of all that drama plus you dont seem like you only do ad vidoes where every 2nd word is 'use my code to buy this ___' . Please dont stop what you do. Hopefully youtube will become fulfilling for you once again. ☺❤

Quality of subscribers vs quantity... some may have a few million but go to their comment section and look how discussing it is. I never see hate in your comments towards you or between your viewers, THATS something to be proud of. The higher the number isn't always better.
As far as I am concerned, the reason why I don't really follow up with all your videos is that I don't really feel close to you (but you have already pointed that out), you should do more vlogs, talk about what you like (maybe in the shape of "favourite of the month video") maybe try to broaden your horizons a little bit without lifestyle videos, this kind of things... but your make up tutorials are amazing so please don't give up, I will support you more and thank you for this Q&A, its a first step :)
I’ve been watching you for 2-3 years I think, and I’ve watched every video... I basically LOVE YOU, your videos, techniques, but mostly your personality! You have a good, “healthy” attitude that doesn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable or envy. You’re just so lovely.. And the thing I best remember about your videos, is the one when you made a tutorial inspired by Kim Kardashian, because people requested it, but I remember when you said about that makeup, like, “yes it looked nice on Kim, but it is nothing innovative or new guys. It’s the simple eyeliner with black shadows...(something like that) It fascinated me that you don’t get dragged by all those media exposures and “icons” for fashion and style in gneral... i just needed to say this. Keep going girl, you’re AMAZING!!!
I found you about a year ago (I believe through Karima McKimmie). All my favorite RUclipsrs are on the smaller side. I love that you use brands and products I've never heard of, that you create looks that are totally unique, and that you focus on artistry more than creating content that serves your own brand at the exclusion of your viewers. You might have a smaller base (for now!) but I hope you know that it's a devoted one that appreciates all the work you put in this channel.

You see I too don't watch every single make-up video you post(although they're all great), but this video I clicked on and watched all of it instantly- like someone who was starved would eat up huge meal.. so more personal stuff with beauty and makeup as a bonus is definitely what I find more tempting to watch. For example I watch all Lydia Elise Millen videos and I think that her kind of lifestyle, personal and makeup direction would greatly benefit your channel because we get to see MORE of you and you're beautiful! 🤗

I really like your makeup style and skill. This is just my opinion on your video style on youtube. I think it's quite 'old youtube style,' as in doing makeup with background music and that's it. You don't have to talk about bs irrelevant stuff, but I can see doing voice-over or talk through on application explanation can make your tutorial more 'personal,' adding that more human element touch into it. Some short intro/outro on what the makeup would be perfect for or why you like it can add those touch too :) I just found your channel recently and I wish you to grow more followers! -love
Out of every RUclips tutorial I watch, yours are ALWAYS the ones I reach for whenever I need to get ready for an occasion. I have so many of your vids in my likes and always recreate your looks because they're so beautiful. Your technique and content is something admiring to me especially now that RUclips is just a bunch of "first impressions" and trying new or weird product videos. I love each and every videos you post hun, so dont be discouraged about the viewers or subscribers aspect of youtubing do it for YOU because you love makeup and putting yourself out there. The moment you start focusing on what you should or shouldnt be doing is when you will be lost. Some beginning youtubers dont have many subscribers or views and atleast you have 600,000 or so. It is really hard, trust me. Many women should learn from you how to make a makeup RUclips channel, how to show your skills and teach other people to do makeup. You are so talented, girl! This is why I am coming back to your channel over and over again for more than 3 years now. I have always said to myself "One time I will be as good as she is, she is amazing!". This is the first time im commenting in your videos. But i wanted to say that i really love your make up tutorials. You go straight to the point and i can easily re-create them in few minutes. Sometimes 15 min tutorials are tiring to watch in my opinion most of the time i skip them. Whereas most of youtubers are extroverts and super energized, you are more calm and interesting to watch. Im an introvert so it's awesome to see someone like me in youtube c:. I'll keep watching your videos no matter what. I always learn a lot. I think it has to do with RUclipss algorithms. Honestly, things changed a couple of years ago and I used to get alerts all the time Diana uploaded, now I don't, and often times I get busy and her posts pass me by. I always made time before and was excited when they popped up. Love Diana and D if you are reading this, I love the q&a videos and wish for more cooking ones. Its been FOREVER since you did one..or did I just miss it? lol!

Hey doll, long time subscriber here and I could see the lack of sparkle in your eyes. Dont be discouraged, as the journey, success, etc is so different for everyone. I believe your core subscribers genuinely enjoy you and your content because you are authentic and don’t produce “let’s jump on th popularity train” type videos, you create content that reflects you. Maybe try a new weekly or monthly type series, different editing or content creation techniques, or new kinds of media. Always be open to explore different things if you’re feeling unfulfilled, but be kind to yourself, all will fall into place. Aristotle once said “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” *hugs*

Everything you just said is so true. I've been subscribed to her channel for a long time too and honestly, I prefer to watch her videos than those of other people's. You just can't get the same authenticity that Diana gives us from other RUclipsrs (not saying that none of them are, but it's hard to find people on here that keep it real with their subbies).

To be completely honest, I wish your style of tutorials was the norm on youtube. If im watching your makeup tutorials, I know I'm going to see a fabulous look with great technique and good music without 20 minutes of blabbing about nonsense. I honestly am so tired of what the beauty community of youtube has become. Always complaining and just scandal after scandal. You dont have the issue of all that drama plus you dont seem like you only do ad vidoes where every 2nd word is 'use my code to buy this ___' . Please dont stop what you do. Quality of subscribers vs quantity... some may have a few million but go to their comment section and look how discussing it is. I never see hate in your comments towards you or between your viewers, THATS something to be proud of. The higher the number isn't always better.
As far as I am concerned, the reason why I don't really follow up with all your videos is that I don't really feel close to you (but you have already pointed that out), you should do more vlogs, talk about what you like (maybe in the shape of "favourite of the month video") maybe try to broaden your horizons a little bit without lifestyle videos, this kind of things... but your make up tutorials are amazing so please don't give up, I will support you more and thank you for this Q&A, its a first step :)

You have a good, “healthy” attitude that doesn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable or envy. You’re just so lovely.. And the thing I best remember about your videos, is the one when you made a tutorial inspired by Kim Kardashian, because people requested it, but I remember when you said about that makeup, like, “yes it looked nice on Kim, but it is nothing innovative or new guys. It’s the simple eyeliner with black shadows...(something like that) It fascinated me that you don’t get dragged by all those media exposures and “icons” for fashion and style in gneral...

I found you about a year ago (I believe through Karima McKimmie). All my favorite RUclipsrs are on the smaller side. I love that you use brands and products I've never heard of, that you create looks that are totally unique, and that you focus on artistry more than creating content that serves your own brand at the exclusion of your viewers. You might have a smaller base (for now!) but I hope you know that it's a devoted one that appreciates all the work you put in this channel.

I really like your makeup style and skill. This is just my opinion on your video style on youtube. I think it's quite 'old youtube style,' as in doing makeup with background music and that's it. You don't have to talk about bs irrelevant stuff, but I can see doing voice-over or talk through on application explanation can make your tutorial more 'personal,' adding that more human element touch into it. Some short intro/outro on what the makeup would be perfect for or why you like it can add those touch too :) I just found your channel recently and I wish you to grow more followers! -love

I love each and every videos you post hun, so dont be discouraged about the viewers or subscribers aspect of youtubing do it for YOU because you love makeup and putting yourself out there. The moment you start focusing on what you should or shouldnt be doing is when you will be lost. Some beginning youtubers dont have many subscribers or views and atleast you have 600,000 or so. Everything is a blessing in disguise.

This is the first time im commenting in your videos. But i wanted to say that i really love your make up tutorials. You go straight to the point and i can easily re-create them in few minutes. Sometimes 15 min tutorials are tiring to watch in my opinion most of the time i skip them.

Your videos are really Really good! Most people see your makeups etc, but there's also something we rarely find in influencers and in people in general I think, it's your depth. You don't need to be loud and flamboyant, and over-emphasize everything to get views. Nowadays you get such deceiving thumbnails, titles, sponsorships, honestly I have come to hate youtube.
Keep doing what you do because you are so good at it, and it would be such a shame to waste all that wonderful talent.

I know how it feels to be discouraged.. it is hard for me too. But the thing I love about you, your videos and your channel is that you are aesthetically pleasing and beautiful to watch. You are a perfectionist. And that is really good but sometimes we tend to overthink things too much. Please don't give up. I tell that to myself all the time, and yes, sometimes I don't even listen to myself. But you are doing great. You are a huge inspiration for me and for everyone who watches your videos. Keep up the awesome work you do!
Please don’t stop making videos. I really like your makeup videos but it’s a really nice idea to make this type of personal videos too. I must have watched your “Am I Beautiful?” video at least 100 times.

Faci o treaba minunata aici, in micuta ta comunitate, si una de calitate pot spune!
Esti simpla, clara, sincera si la obiect, iar aceste calitati se reflecta in munca ta. Tocmai de aceea pot spune ca, desi urmarind si alti youtuberi, te prefer pe tine de 1000 de ori mai mult decat oricare alt "makeup guru" sau "guy" care 'se vand' pentru a-si crea imaginea, brand-ul personal.....
Faptul ca nu esti "comerciala" poate ca nu este atat de apreciat acum de marea majoritate, in care se cauta doar "new trends", asa ca nu te lasa descurajata de asta... momentan inca se cauta "cantitatea" si nu "calitatea" pe care TU O AI!
Iti apreciez finetea prin care iti creezi look-urile si crede-ma, esti singura careia ii reproduc machiajele, adaptandu-le insa stilului personal.
