In this episode I demonstrate how I paint a fun swamp scene with a full moon and an alligator. This is painted with acrylic paint on a 24" x 30" stretched cotton canvas.

Thanks! It is a tricky thing with providing tutorial videos. This painting took around 10 hours broken in a week's time. People generally have a pretty short attention span. Most of my viewers average about 3 minutes of viewing time and most don't want long painting demos. Thanks for watching!

You can watch it in slower playback speed. I occasionally do that as well to get a better look at exactly how or what a painter is doing.

@@MarcHarvillArt I noticed the same thing in the statistics when I still did lots of vids on my channel. But I think those short peaks aren't from people who are truly interested. Just the ones that click to see "what's that?" and immediately go "Nah, not for me!". People who truly are interested in your work will watch.
Now I'm happy with what you show as you show, explain & tell everything you do, incl. colours. Very grateful for that. Helps me grow as a painter. So thank you for what you do, I know it's a helluva lot of work.
I do watch longer vids btw. The Great Wall and also all 4 parts of the Jungle Ruins, Fairy-tale cottage. I painted all 3 as well :D I love the way you paint and it works for me and taught me a helluva lot!
