You need band aids/plasters and pins! I suggest Watson's plasters, sobrang madikit kahit maligo ka, nakadikit pa din. I so can relate with your tita bag, feeling ko tita bag ko ang binubuklat. I cannot live without alcohol and tissue, too, and yes! Even the tables in our pantry or sa training, I spray alcohol on them kasi iba ang feeling pag na alcohol, hahaha! Op

Same same. Pati brand ng wet wipes! Super fave ko ang sanicare. Naka isang truck na yata ako nun. Ang naiba lang is wala akong mga white flower or essential oils, wala din akong breath spray at floss. Pero may chewing gum ako saka toothpick! Hahahaha

I always bring my tito kit. Hahahahaha. In case of emergency ready ka. Mahilo ka sa byahe, pick one, may katinko, white flower, or salonpas liniment. Sumakit ulo mo, mag gamot. Hahahaha. May masakit at makirot sayo, may mefenamic. Sign na tumatanda ka na nga.

Hi Thea! Try mo yung Borherding cone for your headache. Super effective, and its not liquid kaya di oily, plus hindi ka mangangamoy matanda, hehe! Available sa mercury, but don’t leave it in your car kasi nalulusaw sya pag mainit.

I just watched your vids just recently and your fave watsons brands. Almost all of your fave stuffs are also the ones I'm using. From tissue to feminine stuffs and syempre my favorites, white flower, efficasent relaxing oil. Wondring if you're my sister from another planet. Haha.

omg we have the same "tita signature scent" LOL. Just an add-on there is really a "calming oil" that you can try, it helps alleviate migraine too.

I used to have the same issue sa pananakit ng kasukasuan dahil nakaupo ako buong araw sa office. Pwede po kayo mgtry magtake ng vit. B complex to lessen that, the brand that im using is by healthy options.
Also, napansin ko lang po na ang dami nyong tinetake na gamot, baka madale na po liver nyo nyan. Pwede nyo po itry ang ibang altenative like ginger tea para sa sakit ng ulo at mga ubo, sipon. Hinihiwa ko lang po ng maninipis ung ginger them pinapakuluan ko, iininom ko na sya as is, pero pah di nyo po kaya ang taste pwede ka maglagay ng honey, organic para mas maganda.
Sana makatulong po ako kasi it worked so well for me. Narealize ko lang na, we need to eat our way to health and maraming mga gamot through food, it is proven effective for thousands of years. Since tita na rin ako, i try to eat cleaner to manage weight and to prevent diseases.

monitor mo if nag titrigger ang berocca sa acidity mo..i eat every 3hrs or else sore throat..umaakyat ang acid sa throat ko..u may want o try gaviscon double action tab or liquid..btw i also take prazole plus

Ako rin may tita kit kaya hindi ko alam kung paano nakakapag small bag for everyday bag yung mga tao. Halos parehas tayo ng dinadaala pero ako may isang banig ng biogesic. I know masama siya pero once sumakit na ulo ko dapat solusyonan agad kasi papuntang migraine yun.
Nsa Tita Kit ko rin ang cologne, alcohol, white flower, lip balm at blotting sheet.
Hanap din ako ng Efficasent oil, need yan ng mga tita & mommy na katulad ko..
