Anyone who's a little bit smart to the business knows Ric Flair was guilty of many of the same failings as Hulk Hogan. Jim not acknowledging this just goes to show that he does deliberately take it easy with certain folk.

Lots of people that have dealt with Ric Flair in the past don't have anything good to say about him. Here is Scott Steiner on Ric Flair.
"I always knew he was a piece of garbage. Flair never drew when I was in the NWA and WCW. Flair had all of his friends booking him on top and we were not drawing. People can say what they want, but I was there and we did not draw nothing. They may have papered the crowd to make it look good for a Clash or a pay-per-view, but we did not draw. I can say for a fact that Flair at that time did not draw a dime. And they say he was the greatest? If you want an honest opinion, you ask somebody who they would rather be on the card with - Hulk Hogan or Ric Flair. If they don't say Hulk Hogan, they're out of their minds. At least you knew when you were on a Hulk Hogan card you were going to get paid. Thank God in WCW we had guaranteed contracts. If we had been paid by the houses that we were drawing, we would have starved."

I love how the fan asking the question left out that Ric flair called him the N word and I also it wasn’t a recent interview that shit was years back. 🤦‍♂️let’s see if Jim will defend his boy on this more than likely he will

Teddy has spoken about this for the past 20 years, so either Jim is lying when he says he knows nothing about it or he's just playing dumb to protect someone (Flair) that he likes. It's similar to how he dodges questions about the racism of Bill Watts. Jim is fine spouting off about Trump supporters and Republicans and their racism but won't say shit about racist folks in the business he likes.

Love Long and Flair but Ric Flair needs to shake his hand like a man and apologize for being a complete jackass all those years ago and if Teddy doesn’t accept that I wouldn’t blame him....I personally believe Flair has grown since those times but still it’s a real tough look

You see the recent news report where he was kicked out of a bar for brow beating the bar tender? You see Flair's last match where he threw the business under the bus for a last bit of undeserved attention? Made everybody in the ring look foolish, it is always about Rick. He hasn't grown a bit.

Totally believe Teddy on this one. You're naive if you don't think the n-word wasn't used left and right, particularly in the territory days.
