Same here guys. I’ve just fallen victim to the toxicity of lift hills and thrill and this fans. They’re so mean. But theme park worldwide is the best. Why would you need Sean evans from lift hills and thrills when you have this guy?
Nice easy straight forward travel from the UK to Germany and the wonderful EuropaPark. Trains look well modern and smart. So nice to see your travel vlogs enjoy yourselves.
It's such a relief to know that there are screens on the trains telling you the stops & info in general seems really easy to find. That is all i need to know to feel confident to travel there myself :) Had some absolute nightmares getting around with public transport on a few European park trips
Yeah, Eatrenalin sounds like a really interesting experience. It being a combination of a high-end restaurant and a dark ride sounds so incredibly unique.
Hi shawn and Charlotte really enjoyed this vlog love a good travel vlog. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the trip . Thankyou for sharing with us. Love to you both as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
14:58 The room looks really nice. Im definatley planning on visiting Europa Park at somepoint and this hotel looks really nice. The onsight hotels look amazing but this hotel would be ideal and cheaper for me as a first trip.
We are doing this exact trip/route on Monday. The same cheap Ryanair flights & pre-booked train/bus ticket combo. We've got 3.5 days to experience the park and hoping for a smooth journey. Wish us luck 🤞🤞
Thank you for this upload been looking at the best way to get to this park the bus train combo kept tripping me up on-line hope you both enjoy the next few days
These videos are super helpful guys. When I visit I will know how to handle myself and I ill be able to visualise where I am going so I do not get lost or fall into any issues. thats how important all your videos are on any topic. you have helped a lot with my revisits to theme parks.
Thank you particularly like the detail around transfers and how to get there it can be really difficult sometimes working out the travel arrangements for a first visit particularly around mainland Europe but you both make it look so seamless.
I did this journey all on my own on the 15th November and I took all your recommendations and flew to baden- baden airport was pretty easy with transport so thanks for the heads up found it so easy and I love it when you does these travel blogs they really help thanks to u both have a lovely journey I loved Europa park and phantasia land woop! Still more for me to go in Europ woop! Happy travels 😁
Hi Folks nice to have you here im Ländle again, so to speak. :) Especeally during summertime, i recommend the hostel "Pension Sigg" rigth beneath the bus stop /main entrance, as you have a big terrace on first floor level, where you can eat and chill and i think even do grilling in the evenings, with full view on SS, Eurosat and the Confertainment Center just across the street. Next time you jump over here just give me a call and maybe i can pick you up at the airport for going to Rust. Keep on enjoying! 😊
Hi Shawn and Charlotte I hope you have a great time at the parks , especially the Christmas season , I also Germany is my second country so it’s nice to to you travel all around Europe, have a fantastic time. From Tiahna
Hi Shawn and Charlotte, it's so good to see you back in Europe again. And you really picked the 3 best theme parks. What a perfect trip. We've seen you come to Efteling since 2015 and due to the pandemic sadly had to miss you the last 2 years, so we're extra excited for your return to Efteling. Hope you have a wonderful time and can't wait to watch the vlog. - Magical greetings from the Netherlands ❄🍄✨
If you & your wife travel to the USA and or Texas, I recommend Fiesta Texas it's huge amusement park and in season a huge wave pool check it out its closed for winter season.
Shawn, Charlotte looks so cute in the hooded coat, like a little elf..:) Every time you head for the mainland It makes me realize how close The British Isles are to all those cultures. That is why so many Brits can speak other languages whereas we In North America are isolated from those cultures. IT's good and bad, Have a wonderful stay! Cheers, Rik
I would love to go to Europapark! There used to be an offer: Rundreise, where you can sleep in all 6 hotels one night with annual passes included... But COVID made everything more expensive and now the offer consists only off 2 nights at 2 hotels, 2 days at the park and one day Rulantica for about the same price... Thank you 2 for sharing your journey with us! Greetings from the Netherlands...
Amazing video as always! It's pronounced bahden-bahden. The hillarious rhyming name is because the local area is called Baden but the town is also called Baden
There is 1 ticket that would have carried you all the way from the airport to EP - rather than buying multiple train/bus tickets. DB Navigator is the app to use and the Baden Wurtemburg Ticket is the ticket needed.
Seeing that Europark can be traveled to via public transport means I will be booking flights to Germany for next year! Shanks Shaun and Charlotte for amazing content
Excellent travel video Volg from Stansted Airport to Europa Park in Rust, Germany! We share our journey from the UK, flying to Baden Baden Airport, followed by traveling by bus and train from the airport to the park. We also take you for a tour of our accommodation at a guest house in the town of Rust!. Shawn and Charlotte, I can't write to see the next video on the channel from Europa Park! big thumbs as well on the channel.
Actually it’s busy at Orlando, jfk, and LaGuardia. It’s always like that. Post thanksgiving trips and going back home. Then the roads are a bit busier with the snowbirds coming down to Florida since thanksgiving. Always the same. Disney is busy like usual as the Christmas rush is coming in. I just know it happens and you just have to put up with it.
I’m surprised you went to Bühl when you should have gone to Baden Baden as it saves time and also somtimes in peak there is a train from Baden Baden to ringshelm straight but it is expensive
How long did it take you door to door from home to the hotel and how much did it cost? Was the time spent worth the cheap price rather than flying to somewhere much nearer?
Me and my friend have always debated coming to europa park, because Rust isn't somewhere you can just get to with any complete package and it seems to be in the middle of nowhere, organising it seems very stressful and getting too worried about getting lost somwhere. Taxis from the neaby Airports are over 200 euros so that puts you off the easy way.
Hey guys is it easy enough to get from Basel to Rust? Family of 5 with small children so would like to be a direct route and as quick as possible so is it easy enough to get a taxi from Basel airport to rust? Thanks!
Always wanted to do a trip like this one! How much would you say all the trains and buses cost you roughly? Think the costs of uk trains has always made me hesitant despite europe being cheaper
Going here in may for my first time and staying in the holiday inn in ringsheim, guys would you recommend it or maybe getting a place in rust instead please let me know if you don’t mind thanks
I did this journey but to Freiburg im Bresigau in September. Very simple and inexpensive. On the subject of trains being delayed in Germany, this is a false stereotype that we British have; Deutsche Bahn are delayed/cancelled/late very often.
German train, probably some of the easiest and hardest trains to drive at the same time 😂 Tricky as you need to remember how to set up all the features like SiFa and PZB/LZB but then once you know all of that, it's an absolute breeze!
Thank you for watching! Check out our day one vlog from Europa Park here ➡️ ruclips.net/video/G68yWxR_nIs/видео.html

It’s such a spectacular park and even more magical at Christmas!

Any recommendations for bars/restaurants outside of the park please?
There’s quite a few in Rust!

When I went to Europa Park in April, DB was a mess coming from Frankfurt Airport, at least I got the ICE Credit
But, yeah I was about 10-15 walk from the park from my hotel. Feels a bit like a smaller motel but was pretty nice for what it offered for 3 nights
There’s some really nice accommodation available around Rust!

you said you got the train to bruhl, is that the same bruhl that has phantasialand?

320 Euros for 5 nights is an absolute bargain! Thats around £55/night - and the apartment is really spacious too.

Sorry Shawn, did you say 9.99 £? London (STN) - Baden-Baden(FKB) WOW!! I'm moving to the UK
It was!
How do you find these flights? That’s a great price!
Skyscanner!
We were looking to do this trip just looked at ryanair and the flight out to Baden Baden is now £322!!!!
It’s worth looking at different dates to find the best prices!
Is it easy to get lost travelling to the park from the airport??
It’s pretty straight forward!
Was there a buffet on the train
No food available
