I've never heard this explanation presented hervin the States. I definitely have myopathy. It began with a stating. Then, a long high dose of augmentin exasperated to lower thigh muscles. My sodium 3low. My potassium is low. High Esinophils on cbc.
Sir today I got a one patient 19 year old female with h/o b/l hip pain gradually progressive to bilateral lower limb association with weakness proximal more than distal. On 5th day she also complain distal finger weakness and resolve within one day.pain improved with analgesic but weakness persist. Waddling gait present DTR 2 plus No fever No family history significant No drug history No comorbidity Blood investigation showed eosinophilia. What can we suspect sir?.
