SAVOR Newport Beach 2023 exceeded expectations, raising over $106,000 for The Literacy Project. The Napa-inspired outdoor soiree greeted 150 guests on the sprawling lawn of Newport Beach Country Club, adorned with artwork from Ethos Gallery alongside luxury vintage and exotic cars provided by European Collectibles and iLusso. Fashion Illustrator Kristine Steiner was in high demand for her personal portraits while the silent auction encouraged guests to acquire goods for the cause. Guests entered the magical Bistro-lit canopy of the al fresco dining area, where Chef Pascal Olhats designed the culinary experience and Steve Zotovich of Zotovich Vineyard and Winery complemented each course with the perfect fine wine pairing.
The evening paid tribute to five of the most celebrated professionals in their fields of interest for their contributions to the Newport Beach community: cuisine, art, luxury automobiles and fine wine. The 2023 honorees included Chef Honoree Chef Pascal Olhats, Vintner Honorees Monette & Steve Zotovich, Zotovich Vineyard & Winery, Co-Automotive Honoree Nick Clemence, European Collectibles, Co-Automotive Honoree Donny Gath, iLusso and Artist Honoree Georgeana Ireland, Ethos Gallery.
