Thanks for your comment Kiwivores! In this video I show some basic flows; I would choose 2 short flows from this video that you like, and train them: 3x per week each side 10 left 10 right. One break of doing static work, like bananeira of bananeira de cabeça and then another ten. These type of repetition training is GOLD! it got me through some technical blockages and gave me lots of freedom in my game! Good luck training!

@@Kiwivores those are great things to focus one. For the macaco some back flexibility is handy and also the step by step approach I show in my videos. Handstand: do this daily against the wall, just 30 seconds to 1 minute daily.... good luck!
