This extreme attempt to control a mass population always leads to war...and no, Northern Europe does not have socialism. The means of production is primarily privatized. Even if the economy is booming it’s not working for a majority of Americans who have stagnant wages and are born in the lower class and can’t get out for many reasons including not being able to go to college or having to drop out of college or high school to try to provide for their family. The reason the pharmaceutical companies can get away with pricing medicine so much is because medicine is different than other products. The only people that buy the medicine are people that NEED it. The point of capitalism is competition. Rival companies have to compete with each other to make a better product Competition keeps prices low and stops monopolies which would lead to companies having the power to price their products as they please.

This extreme attempt to control a mass population always leads to war...and no, Northern Europe does not have socialism. The means of production is primarily privatized. That is how they get the taxes to pay for expensive social programs.

The reason the pharmaceutical companies can get away with pricing medicine so much is because medicine is different than other products. The only people that buy the medicine are people that NEED it. The point of capitalism is competition. Rival companies have to compete with each other to make a better product Competition keeps prices low and stops monopolies which would lead to companies having the power to price their products as they please.

I have gotten luck and have met Drs that will give me discounted rates to see them because I don't have insurance. However... I would probably just have to lay down and die if I ever got something major....

Man, I love Bernie Sanders! I’ve loved him since his last run, this just reiterates my stamp of approval. His seriousness, determination, devotion, it’s just impossible not to see. He’s has nothing but positivity and honesty in him, and you can see it. This is the man you want to be captain of the ship, because he is apart of the ship. If the ship goes down, he’s going down with it. That’s the only way to be!
