Chef John Whaite speaks openly to Loose Women as he recalls the horrifying moment he found out his sister went missing. Thankfully after being found safe and sound, she has since been diagnosed with a rare mental health condition 'premenstrual dysphoric disorder' or PMDD, which is a very severe form of premenstrual syndrome.
