Honestly it will be tough to find a shampoo+ conditioner in one bottle. Try to find a mild shampoo which doesn’t dry out your hair...go for paraben& silicon free shampoo...

You can use any mild Shampoo after this. if you have severe dandruff then go ahead with a good anti dandruff shampoo. But I personally would not recommend using anti dandruff shampoo very frequently as they are quite strong and can make your hair dry.
Yes it is but hope I was able to explain why. Both are good, it’s just mama earth is more potent. But Himalaya is good too, I end up using himalaya a lot more than mama earth.
