    Hello, i would like to stipulate that both strands (Lagging and Leading) are produced by a SINGLE asymmetrical DNA polymerase III and not by two as you mention on this video clip.
    Evidence of this information can be found at the book Lehninger's Principles of Biochemistry 6th edition at chapter 25, section 25.1 page 1021.

      as far as i know two molecules of holoenzyme DNA POL III are present at the replication bubble. Both of them contribute to the bidirectional replication of DNA.

      One holoenzyme contribute to the replication of one fork, same for the other one
