This Whole Album sounds like a return to form for you guys. It looks to be a very pop punk heavy album with that great mix of pop as well. So excited for the album! 🙁💔⚡️
Reminds me of that more punk sound of no pads no helmets but it also has some of that more pop sound from still not getting any which is a perfect mix. That’s why I love Simple Plan so much!

All of the sudden, it's early 2000 again, teenage years, when it's us against the world. The only difference is that right now I'm sitting here listening to this with my six years old daughter (but her favourite is still Singing in the rain, sorry!). In my house you havd already crossed 2 generations! I am so looking forward for this album like I haven't been in years!

OBSESSED with the line “that what goes up comes down”, the simple but incredibly pleasant word painting that goes on… the melody of “what goes up” LITERALLY goes up, it’s an ascending melody, and “comes down” literally is said as the melody comes down, two descending notes. No wonder that part always gets stuck in my head, the lyrics + tune combination is awesome!
