Introduction to Shonan iPark - Gateway for companies looking to enter Japan -

Since its launch in 2018, Shonan Health Innovation Park (Shonan iPark) has grown into one of the most vibrant science innovation ecosystems in Japan. We have robust network with regional, national and overseas science clusters and very excited to see how the iPark community is evolving as a "mixed-model" where diverse residents pursue partnerships and growth opportunities in Japan and beyond. Our latest statistics from 2019 says that we have 10 times more partnerships compared to the previous year.
We are also enhancing our connectivity by addressing going more virtual. We are soon to launch iPark matching system as well as virtual content center where members can access rich ecosystem resource anytime and from anywhere.
We are happy that companies outside of Japan are beginning to join our network. Companies looking for research labs can join us as residents and enjoy access to our state-of-the-art lab facility from Day 1. We also have a membership model where companies can access rich resources of iPark virtually.
