    Second lesson *watched, understood*
    I'll follow this method.
    1) Comprehension is understanding. It is a really good skills.
    2) Read the text, the main part is to read quickly and understand the main context.
    3) Underline the unknown words and work with dictionary.
    4) Read again and summarize each paragraph.
    5) Read again and summarize the whole text.

James, James, James, what can I say. Your delivery, teaching skill and share energy is what we need in the classrooms of our primary and secondary schools. You are the key to many students who are normally not understanding the lessons ( let's face it, a lot of new teachers just don't have the X factor, that you have). If many of the students had someone who looks like you and teaches the way you do.... they'd be passing with A's. :-)
keep it up, you're doing a fine job, hopefully, this is just the beginning.

i agree in some parts, i mean its depend what sort of dictionary you have people always try to translete words to their language but true is there isnt a exactly translation, what you see in the translation is a idea than the transleitor gives to you, my suggest is use a dictionary english english it will be tough at the begining but if you really push yourself you will see great results, dont worry if you dont undestand before you start using your dicctionay learn comund words

    How to improve reading comprehension

For comprehension you have to understand the context (meaning)
IN OTHER WORDS, even if you don't understand some words you'll still be able to get the gist
    #1 - Read everything
#2 - Read again with dictionary and summarize each PARAGRAPH
#3 - Read once more, this time you understand the whole article and summarize everything you've read
By reading over and over you learn idioms and words, you comprehend the meaning deeper
#4 - Read on daily basis anything in English as a habit
