The guy called CashedOutKay could confirm 80 percent that he is with external programs because most of the scripts that are not configurable and have aimlock or camlock are activated and deactivated and at minute 13:10 when the pvp ends he presses Ctrl . (crouches down) once to deactivate the Lock, that is my opinion because I know several people who do that since they have those scripts that are activated and deactivated with the Ctrl, and on the minute 13:30 is hitting the ground because the other person have antilock and wiht antilock the camera go up or down 1 of 2.
