Very risky to purchase. Some legal issues on the top few floors and hence work has stopped. Also the looks of the interiors are like that of a Mughal empire. The choice is yours.
Also the studio flats are way too expensive and poorly designed for the bathroom and toilet. 70 lacs plus taxes. They are charging for the safety chutes, lobby tiling work and building interiors. Are we going to stay in the lobby or in the flat?

What is the need to build such tall buildings on fairly large green spaces, when you can build nice 4 storied beautiful societies with access to sunlight and scenery for everyone around.There are so many of these coming in Upper Kharghar just kills the view of the mountains for most. I can understand some tall ones in Lower Parel Worli due to lack of space to grow horizontally. This is just insane.
