Maybe i will use this when i get the needed tools, but until then, i will use ntsc-rs for this.
Also, i have an actual response.
So, why exists an 2 sec skip on the leaders? To prevent, for example, some dude on the TV control accidentally putting on air too early to show the leader.
Yep, that's the actual reason, and if i remember well, it's on Wikipedia too.
