fun fact: mugen train is so beloved that it became the no 1 highest grossing film in japan (around 40 billion yen) and also the highest grossing japanese film worldwide beating both ghibli’s spirited away and your name. Hino Satoshi, the voice actor for both Rengoku and Daichi, got dubbed by the jp community as the million yen man (or something similar) because of how much rengoku’s appearance raked in at the box office. He instantly became a fan favorite. No one, especially the staff and production, would have expected the film to be a huge phenomenon. Hino Satoshi was so shocked at the love for rengoku that it took him a while to process it. the hype was so unreal when it first dropped because anime fans all around the world was talking about it. saw it on the cinema with my friends and all i could remember was being so giddy especially at that last half when akaza and rengoku fought because in the manga, that entire fight sequence was a bit condensed. @Che1seabluesdrogba11 What gets me so mad is that almost every series now is beginning to animate movies now, instead of seasons, for certain arcs. I get it's for profit but don't make me wait 8 months for Digital release.

Rengoku's dream says so much about him as his "escape" is so subtle and realistic; he's the only one who is still a demon slayer out of the four. He accepts his father's change and is still dedicated to his duty, but simply desires to share a moment and some words with his brother. When it comes down to the bigger picture regarding demons and slayers, logically Rengoku's life is really valuable as a Hashira like Akaza argues; Rengoku's skills probably outmatches hundreds of slayers combined. Yet he didn't let a single person die and says that any Hashira would've done the same. Of course anyone who's pushed their skills so far would pride it, but every Hashira has a reason to, and Rengoku's was to protect those less fortunate than he. Where Akaza cowers at the sun and death, Rengoku is willing to give his life and brave the night so others can see the day of tomorrow. To humans it's about how they live, to demons it's about all about their life and escaping death. Great observation on how Enmu (lower one) is not really humanized in his death. I think his backstory is mentioned in a fanbook where he couldn't distinguish between reality and dream which caused trouble for those around him. As an adult, he became a doctor who'd put his patients under hypnosis therapies and not actually treat them. So his negligence and desire for escapism matches his powers really well and his demon character is very similar to his human past; both being irredeemable. His death was him finally facing the consequences of his negligence from those who are conscientious and face reality. Also just nice to see Inosuke grow in this movie, creating an opening for the final blow, worrying and protecting Tanjiro, and as far as we know, this is the first time he's lost someone he's cared about. The guy can barely comprehend his feelings when receiving kind gestures so that was tough for him (and everyone of course). So happy to finally see you guys react to Mugen Train, well worth the wait!
this reminds me a couple days ago someone on tiktok edited rengoku's last moments with "die with a smile" song and I will never recover from that. EVER. I think what broke me the most about rengoku's death was, since we're always seeing Tanjiro bearing all of his guilt and responsibilities, literally in every episode, and as he had a mindset like, "I'm the first born son, I have to do this and that to protect my younger siblings and my mother" (bless tanjiro, he's the best big brother ever), plus, the fact that most of the time, when it comes to fighting, zenitsu is always being so loud and a scaredy cat while inosuke is always being too hot headed to handle, so ofc Tanjiro had to step in and kinda like 'lead' them, in a way. well, maybe that's part of tanjiro's nature too, to lead and nurture. but theeeen, when he met rengoku, i felt like tanjiro let himself rely on rengoku, as if rengoku is his big brother. especially at the scene where they were all sleeping an tanjiro let his head rest against rengoku's shoulder. that made my heart melt. because it feels like tanjiro let himself be vulnerable in front of rengoku. and so, seeing akaza took 'his recently found big brother' from him is just... heart shattering. rengoku, to me, is such a perfect character. too perfect, even. i remember the first time i watched this movie, even when the credit roll had come to an end, i was expecting a bit of an extra clip where someone rescued rengoku's body and like performed some kind of necromancy stuff to bring him back alive XD I know, i know, it's ridiculous. but i was desperate to see him live again. he deserved a longer and a happier life. he deserved to see his little brother more often, reconcile with his father, visit his mother's grave, eat more delicious food, teaching these young recruits, etc. rengoku deserved everything nice in this world.
Rengoku is one of my absolute favorite characters. Not just in Demon Slayer, not just in anime, just simply one of my absolute favorites. I can't think of anything else to say that you two didn't already say, so I'll just leave it at that. The voice actors deserve some serious love for all of their performances here. Especially Tanjiro's VA Hanae Natsuki and Inosuke's VA Matsuoka Yoshitsugu. Everyone here knows exactly which scenes I'm talking about, and the sheer amount of raw emotions in their voices in my opinion are what really puts the ending of the movie over the top.
There's been a homicide in the love house. 😢 It's a crime scene till Akaza is apprehended. Also, Adam's breakdown of who Rengoku is and what he stands for is so apt. Not all Hashira's have that ideology of "save the people first, kill the demon next". I think that is solely a Rengoku trait and Adam nailed it!!
Rengoku is my favorite Hashira by a long shot and I ugly sobbed twice in theaters watching the film. Seeing the standalone ep that came after the film was so bittersweet knowing how it all turned out. Kyojuro was steadfast in his convictions, knew exactly where his skills were best used, a decisive and nurturing leader, a loving big brother to anyone who needed one, relished life to its fullest, and was fiercely and adamantly protective to his core. I will never, ever understand how anyone gets through this arc and says Demon Slayer is boring, flat or overhyped.
Rengoku saying “DELICIOUS” after every bite hits harder when you realize that he was savoring his last meal, which was the meal given to him for free from the girl and the granny he saved from a demon in episode 1. Not only that he brought their entire stock, helping their financial situation and intending to share those bentos with others. It’s unfortunate that he was never able to tell his father about them and pass along the granny’s thanks. What a guy.
I've never been partial to flame-based characters, but Rengoku still remains to be my favorite character in Demon Slayer. They could've taken the easy route of making the Flame Hashira hot-headed, stubborn, and aggressive. But the author instead made him to be, what I think, is the essence of flame, kind, warm, and passionate, showing that fire can be so nurturing just as much as it can be destructive. Thank you for the reaction!
I really enjoyed reading this comment. It's also so true. We need that warm and passion to live. It's all about how you use it good/bad and I also think they nailed it for Rengoku. It was all the best parts of it.
The first time I watched I watched this movie was in the cinema, and I started crying as soon as his backstory with his mother appeared. I was so upset when Akaza got away, that I wanted to yell at him for being a coward, and was so happy when Tanjiro started to do so. Once his mother appeared again as he was dying, I was just bawling. This movie still makes me cry every time I re-watch it. Glad you guys loved it too. The next arc is really good.
I'm not okay with this. Rengoku is and will always be my favorite Demon Slayer caracter, I watched this movie without any spoilers and I couldn't believe it. Sarah represented me so well that I cried. He fought until the end alone to protect the lives of all the passengers, even knowing that his death was inevitable and he still died with a smile on his face, blessed by his beloved mother. It's impossible not to feel that. Let's go to the red light district, because we still have a lot of stories to tell. Amazing React!!! ❤
I cry every time I watch mugen train. I get hopeful when rengoku strikes a blow thinking there will somehow be a different outcome and hope things will somehow end differently. As much as it sucks he really did serve as inspiration for the boys as something to strive for with his determination at the end. And whenever tanjiro needs a reminder to not give up he remembers rengoku’s words to set his heart ablaze. ❤️🔥
I remember watching this scene at the cinema while sobing, Rengoku was an amazing character, hard to believe we only got to know him for less than 2 hours. And finally we got to Akaza’s (very not wanted) introduction ! He’s one of the most interesting character in the show and so are the other upper moons as you will see in the future, Thanks for the video ❤
I've watched and read a lot of anime and manga and nothing hurts so much more than experiencing your first death of a lovable character.. 💔 I really feel for Sarah and Adam when they slowly realize that Rengoku's not gonna survive 🥺
Rengoku proved to me that it doesn't take a long time to fall in love with a character, just unbelievably tremendous writing. When this first came out, it broke the internet.
Demons were once humans, and there are good humans and bad humans. Most demons are just normal humans who are not evil, just unlucky. But sometimes, Musan hit the jackpot of turning a psychopath into a demon, making them even more evil, like this one. That's why he has no "good" backstory, he's not "too far gone", he's aleady bad since before.
The film was released in Japan when restrictions were loosened in between the Covid-19 disaster, and it energized the movie theater industry. We must continue to live, even if it is painful, In a time when human connections were fading, This film was also a reminder of the bonds between people.
It seems to me that silence and the inability to connect words into a sentence is the best indicator of how deeply this film has touched you. You literally can't believe, accept, or realize the fact that a beloved character has died. Among all the characters in this anime and others I've watched over the years, Rengoku is the best. He is the embodiment of life and fire, will and kindness, simplicity of soul and incredible fortitude. His life, like his death, inspires, becomes an example, a landmark, sinks into the heart. And that's what we see at the end, when Tanjiro is holding his chest... This scene is all the audience after watching the movie 💔
Rengokus design gave us all the hints. Especially his eyes, that never seem to directly lok. at anybody. They always look heroically into the distance, like a painting of a great leader. And secondly the last meal of a soldier before death.
Idk if it was intentional, but I like how all the other hashira wear colorful hoari (jackets) over top of their demon slayer uniform, but rengoku's is designed more like a cape. Showing that he's like a super hero among hashira, like superman
I just want to say, it's sofitting for Rengoku to die in an upright position. I think it was very intentional and symbolic in a sense. You are both right, he is everything a Hashira should be. Strong, resolute, humble and noble. I LOVE HIS CHARACTER SO MUCH. And I was devastated when I saw this in the manga and the movie left me heartbroken.
I was so looking forward seeing u guys go through the pain I've felt when Rengoku died, but when the two started fighting, I was already sobbing knowing what's to come. Yes he is my favorite, but anyone will agree that he is one of the best characters in the series ❤🔥
I think the idea of watching the episode after the movie, is that it was sort of a remembrance of Rengoku in his honor. I remember when I watched it and I thought it was such a nice sendoff to see how he lived and what an awesome character he was in general. It is kinda like that saying about wanting people to remember how they lived instead of how they died, to me. But thankfully, the episode works both ways so I don't mind either way. A big thing about Rengoku is how humble he is. He could certainly take out Lower One more efficiently than Tanjiro and Inosuke, but he ONLY thought about how to best save lives and that was to protect more carts than the 4 could do. So even if it meant that he would be in the back, just chopping away at regenerating flesh, he gladly took that role, because he wouldn't accept even a single sacrifice. He also wouldn't allow Akaza even the 0.5 seconds it would take him to kill all 3 of our boys. That is just an incredible feat on its own.
I knew NOTHING about him going into the theater and I was a bawling mess by the ending and now I have a gigantic Rengoku / Akaza tattoo on my calf bc of the impact of these two characters - amazing I'm so glad you liked him too!!!
If Sarah had taken the original route and watched movie first and then episode one, she'd be crying during the entire thing like the rest of us. 😆 Set your heart ablaze and onwards to the rest of the season!
Rengoku doesnt need to be humbled. Hes already humble with all his confidence. He said no one would die under his watch, and no one died besides himself and the train demon. He's, as ubuyashiki says, a remarkable child. He was only 19-20. Akaza wanted him to become a demon, genuinely, because of his strength, he admires the strength rengoku has.
10:30 Oh you don't know Donna the Demon Slayer, she's great lol! In all seriousness, the fact Akaza has been "recruiting" Hashira for centuries and finds Rengoku exceptional means something and the gang has to get stronger, especially if THIS is now the bar. It's officially season 2 🥲 yaaay... 52:10 this is an enjoyable trilogy of videos, especially the acknowledgement/watch of the episode before the movie! *chef's kiss* and 53:03 definitely Adam, I know y'all will watch more but I had to take break after the movie.
I bawled my eyes out when I first watched Mugen Train. And I cry every time I rewatch it. I was absolutely devastated when he died, he's one of my favorite anime characters ❤️🔥 Rengoku will always be the best boy.
Donna needed to hurry her butt up! I like that Adam is interested in power scaling of the Hashira, excited for them to see more… This movie was as good as I remember, looking forward to the Red-Light District Arc 🎉
i went and saw this in the theater with my mom and brother, oh boy when i tell you i was sobbing for practically the whole last 20 minutes of the movie. when the movie ended all you could hear were people sniffling in the theater lol
was anyone else's reaction to sarah & adam's S2E1 rengoku "oh no."? cause as soon as i saw y'all getting attached to him, knowing what was gonna happen, that was my reaction and the scene at the end with inosuke... that's haunted me since i first saw the movie. like maybe that was supposed to be a bit of levity but it BROKE me. here's this arrogant, chaotic teenage boy who can't give himself a moment to grieve because what he just watched was so tragic that he's trying to latch on to the one thing that made sense to him (training). hit me like a ton of bricks & i could've screamed with him right in the theatre anyway, good timing on the upload y'all, i needed a cry tonight 😅
And this is why we all love Rengoku lol I still want to cry every time I watch this. And the song at the end just makes me want to bawl. He really fulfilled his duty and made sure no one had to die but him. Shout out to all the voice actors, they're always great in Demon Slayer but really brought it for the movie.
I'm still not okay from the first time I watched this. Rengoku was an instant favorite and still is my favorite. To say i was absolutely in shock is an understatement. And things just get crazier and crazier from here on out. I thoroughly enjoyed y'alls reaction! And one more thing: "Set your heart ablaze!" 💔😭❤️🔥
What's really sickening is that Akaza wasn't even trying to kill him, just test him and recruit him. At no real time was he in danger, and could have leveled everything if he had actually wanted to.
Rengoku was very well respected even among the Hashira. Even after seeing every hashira, Rengoku is still my favorite. His death is one of the most heartfelt deaths in all of fiction. If there's a Mt. Rushmore of painful fictional deaths, this is certainly one of them. But continue to watch pls. Some of the greatest sequences in all of fiction, not just all of anime, belong to Demon Slayer. This is not even the best fight so far.
I've been waiting for this episode in particular since episode one of this reaction series. I was lucky enough to go see this movie in the cinema and I was blown away by the incredible animation and fight scene. I usually only get a little teary eyed until his mother appears and the music switches and then I lose it. Rengoku certainly deserved more screen time, but it just shows how great his character is written to be able to create such an emotional connection with the viewer in such a short amount of time. Thank you, Adam and Sarah, for being a part of this journey.
No matter how many times you wath this movie, it always hits hard. You two need to start next season right away, it's a great way to recover from this movie.
he'll forever be one of my favorite characters ever 🥺 I have an special island of delusion in my head where all my anime traumas live together eating shaved ice and their only worry is if it's enough food left or smt, the only way to keep my sanity fr 😭
The credits was beautiful with LiSa singing the OST "Homura" (Blaze/Flame).. and the lyrics too.. I hope you got to listen to it and read the lyrics.. whewww
ahhh even after watching for the 4th time I still cried with you 😭 rengoku will always be one of my favorite characters in demon slayer... loved your reaction as always and can't wait for second season. it's my favorite season of the show and I'm sure you guys are going to love it too❤❤
It doesn't seem to matter how many times I see this, I will ALWAYS cry. I thought I'd get used to it but no, not happening, still pour tears every time.
Yes, the stone hashira is strongest among them but even he can't kill akaza in 1 on 1 fight alone. Top 3 demons and muzan are in whole another level even for hashiras
I wanna give a shout out to Inosuke's voice actor as well. His cracking voice and the scream at 46:19 showing how he was unable to deal with this "new" feeling was adorable and heartbreaking. No matter how tough they were, they were still 15-16 years old. I love how Sarah mentioned what happen to Tanjiiro's sword. The scene when the dude is gonna mad again at Tanjiro is basically what I'm looking forward on next episode.. 😁 Small trivia as well, this movie was the first few ones released after the covid, the timing when people were already eager to go out. So the promo and the hype was intense, to the point they actually released one trailer that spoiled how Upper Three showed up (so yeah.. I got spoiled.. not even by people, but the show itself). In one sense, it worked as people get more hyped because they wanted to see the fight.. but most people were angry of the spoiler that they decided to remove that particular trailer later. So, that's one good reason not keeping up with the hype The movie itself was definitely a success. I heard lot of bathrooms were overloaded everytime the movie ended (coz people didn't expect to cry/not having enough tissue 🤣)
Great reaction! I watched this movie several times in theater, and I felt embarrassed since I cried too much. Even after the second time although I knew the storyline I cried even more.
Rengoku is my favorite character in Demon Slayer. And that’s saying something because I love most of the characters. 😂 One thing I appreciate about Demon Slayer is that the show doesn’t forget about Rengoku after he dies. You can still feel the impact he leaves on several characters even in the most recent season. The man leaves a legacy.
I cried with Sarah. Hugs Sarah. I dunno why I keep watching reaction videos of this when I already know it's gonna bring back the pain I felt because of Rengoku's death. It took me a while to recover from this movie because I just couldn't accept what happened to him.
Seeing Sarah and Adam so shocked that they were at a loss for words reminded me of how I felt right after I watched it. When the movie Demon Slayer: Mugen Train surpassed Spirited Away, which had held the record for the highest-grossing film in Japan for many years, it became a huge topic at the time. I was a bit panicked when Adam said he didn’t want to watch any more Demon Slayer 😂 I really love the next arc, the Entertainment District Arc, so I’m looking forward to your reaction videos. From a Japanese fan who eagerly looks forward to your reaction videos every week. (Translation by ChatGPT)
Awesome reaction as always, but I cannot wait for you to watch the next season which is my favorite and meet my favorite Hashira!! I love rewatching great anime shows with you guys
Akaza really wanted Rengoku to become a demon. He got immense respect for strong people (addressing Rengoku by his first name Kyojuro and constantly telling him to become a demon). He was really serious about it right after he busted Rengoku's eye/ribs/organs based off his tone. Akaza could've killed him instantly at start lol.
Definitely recommend reacting to LiSa’s Homura on the First Take Channel. Its the song that played out during the ending credits of the movie and in Japan, everyone always stays until the very end of the ending Credits in the movie theaters before leaving. Peoples reaction to this song playing out was a crazy way to end the whole experience
I burst out laughing when Sarah was like:
"Adam are you crying?"
"... No"
"Heartless."
AHAHHA
That KILLED me hahaha
Men cry on the inside
She's not wrong though aha
Sometimes they have some exchanges like that with a perfect delivery, they are just hilarious.

Key: "Hashira" is the Japanese word for "Pillar"
And "Hashira" is also the Japanese counter word for the number of Gods.

It's a crime scene till Akaza is apprehended.
Also, Adam's breakdown of who Rengoku is and what he stands for is so apt. Not all Hashira's have that ideology of "save the people first, kill the demon next". I think that is solely a Rengoku trait and Adam nailed it!!
Keep in mind Rengoku Kyojuro was ONLY 20 years old.
Set your heart ablaze 😭
The soundtrack is out of control in this back half of the movie. Incredible, especially in theaters
I cry every time I watch this. Rengoku is truly flawless and I was heartbroken and in denial when I first watched this. My favorite 😭
Akaza wanted rengoku to become a demon so he wasn't even trying he was holding back entire time to give rengoku time to make decision
I remember watching this scene at the cinema while sobing, Rengoku was an amazing character, hard to believe we only got to know him for less than 2 hours.
And finally we got to Akaza’s (very not wanted) introduction ! He’s one of the most interesting character in the show and so are the other upper moons as you will see in the future,
Thanks for the video ❤
I've watched and read a lot of anime and manga and nothing hurts so much more than experiencing your first death of a lovable character.. 💔 I really feel for Sarah and Adam when they slowly realize that Rengoku's not gonna survive 🥺
I saw this in theaters and sobbed like a baby. 😅 You guys make me look forward to Mondays!
The film was released in Japan
when restrictions were loosened in between the Covid-19 disaster,
and it energized the movie theater industry.
We must continue to live, even if it is painful,
In a time when human connections were fading,
This film was also a reminder of the bonds between people.
"emotionally draining" right before the last part of the movie XD famous last words XD
@@PACIFICBboy it’s definitely fitting his morally strong character!
Now you know why Akaza's known as a Donut Maker.
Why didn't I realize this sooner haha
and a "deserter" as well😂
I just want to say, it's sofitting for Rengoku to die in an upright position.
This one hurt SO MUCH. I had no idea how invested I was in Rengoku until he died. I was bereft. I was unexpectedly devastated.
If Sarah had taken the original route and watched movie first and then episode one, she'd be crying during the entire thing like the rest of us. 😆
Set your heart ablaze and onwards to the rest of the season!
Honestly the ending scene with his moms ghost is amazing, literally everything a boy wants to hear, that they are proud of him. Amazing movie
I bawled my eyes out when I first watched Mugen Train. And I cry every time I rewatch it. I was absolutely devastated when he died, he's one of my favorite anime characters ❤️🔥 Rengoku will always be the best boy.
Donna needed to hurry her butt up! I like that Adam is interested in power scaling of the Hashira, excited for them to see more…
This movie was as good as I remember, looking forward to the Red-Light District Arc 🎉
There's nothing more anime fan than focusing on power scaling of characters lmao, he's official now lol
Adam can’t stop now. He has to keep his prediction streak going.
i went and saw this in the theater with my mom and brother, oh boy when i tell you i was sobbing for practically the whole last 20 minutes of the movie. when the movie ended all you could hear were people sniffling in the theater lol
was anyone else's reaction to sarah & adam's S2E1 rengoku "oh no."? cause as soon as i saw y'all getting attached to him, knowing what was gonna happen, that was my reaction
and the scene at the end with inosuke... that's haunted me since i first saw the movie. like maybe that was supposed to be a bit of levity but it BROKE me. here's this arrogant, chaotic teenage boy who can't give himself a moment to grieve because what he just watched was so tragic that he's trying to latch on to the one thing that made sense to him (training). hit me like a ton of bricks & i could've screamed with him right in the theatre
anyway, good timing on the upload y'all, i needed a cry tonight 😅
Every time I rewatch this, I Cry
- Are you crying?
- No...
- ... Heartless. 😭
Hahahahahahaha, I can't! 😭💕
What's really sickening is that Akaza wasn't even trying to kill him, just test him and recruit him. At no real time was he in danger, and could have leveled everything if he had actually wanted to.
I've seen this so many times and I still cried. haha 😂
Me and Sarah just crying together out here.
10:50 help even after adam said "the sun" i was still like who tf is Don?? bc i heard "Don is gonna come. Don. The son." 😂😂
I recommend that you guys watch "LiSA - 炎 / THE FIRST TAKE". The song is the theme song of the film and is excellent and well worth watching.
Deadchi strikes again too soon
Oh yeah! Do they even know that Rengoku's voice actor is the same as Daichi's?
😭😭😭😭😭
It was a heavy boulder smasshing all us....
It wasn't this movie that broke sales records - it was Rengoku and his unwavering spirit.
Rengoku, forever in our hearts!! ❤🔥
doesn't matter how many times I watch this movie. Equally devastating each time.
Set your heart ablaze! 🔥🔥🔥
Mark my words, tears will be shed for "Freiren" Adam.
Donna to the rescue 😂😂😂
Yes, the stone hashira is strongest among them but even he can't kill akaza in 1 on 1 fight alone. Top 3 demons and muzan are in whole another level even for hashiras
gyomei (stone hashira) could take akaza.
@@yujuy.1329 no he can't he may be able to hold him until sunlight hits him but he can't win by beheading him
I wanna give a shout out to Inosuke's voice actor as well.
Small trivia as well, this movie was the first few ones released after the covid, the timing when people were already eager to go out.
So, that's one good reason not keeping up with the hype
The movie itself was definitely a success. I heard lot of bathrooms were overloaded everytime the movie ended (coz people didn't expect to cry/not having enough tissue 🤣)
Do mind that tajiro and the other 2 boys are 15 yrs olds and Rengoky being 20 years old.. theyre sooo young
I also thought Adam was going to cry, but I could tell he felt it. 🥺
SET YOUR HEARTS ABLAZE YOU TWO! Now it's really, really started.
"when's the sun gonna come out?"
dammit you had me singing Annie.
😂
Great reaction!
I watched this movie several times in theater, and I felt embarrassed since I cried too much. Even after the second time although I knew the storyline I cried even more.
Rengoku is my favorite character in Demon Slayer. And that’s saying something because I love most of the characters. 😂 One thing I appreciate about Demon Slayer is that the show doesn’t forget about Rengoku after he dies. You can still feel the impact he leaves on several characters even in the most recent season. The man leaves a legacy.
Set your heart ablaze!❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥🔥🔥🔥
RIP Rengoku~😢
I cried with Sarah. Hugs Sarah.
I dunno why I keep watching reaction videos of this when I already know it's gonna bring back the pain I felt because of Rengoku's death. It took me a while to recover from this movie because I just couldn't accept what happened to him.
Can you react to LiSA-Homura on One Take channel? Homura is the ending songs of this movie. I cry when her sang. Wish can watch u guys react to that.❤
Seeing Sarah and Adam so shocked that they were at a loss for words reminded me of how I felt right after I watched it.
When the movie Demon Slayer: Mugen Train surpassed Spirited Away, which had held the record for the highest-grossing film in Japan for many years, it became a huge topic at the time.
I was a bit panicked when Adam said he didn’t want to watch any more Demon Slayer 😂
I really love the next arc, the Entertainment District Arc, so I’m looking forward to your reaction videos.
From a Japanese fan who eagerly looks forward to your reaction videos every week.
(Translation by ChatGPT)
season 2 is one of my favorite, I'm happy you two are gonna watch it
by season 2 I mean the second half, after mugen train
Awesome reaction as always, but I cannot wait for you to watch the next season which is my favorite and meet my favorite Hashira!! I love rewatching great anime shows with you guys
"Are you crying?"
"no"
"HEARTLESS!!!"
so relatable 😹
Rest in peace Rengoku, set your heart ablaze
Love your reactions guys. Keep going, please.
❤ 🇧🇷
Akaza really wanted Rengoku to become a demon. He got immense respect for strong people (addressing Rengoku by his first name Kyojuro and constantly telling him to become a demon). He was really serious about it right after he busted Rengoku's eye/ribs/organs based off his tone. Akaza could've killed him instantly at start lol.
Definitely recommend reacting to LiSa’s Homura on the First Take Channel.
Its the song that played out during the ending credits of the movie and in Japan, everyone always stays until the very end of the ending Credits in the movie theaters before leaving. Peoples reaction to this song playing out was a crazy way to end the whole experience
also imagine if you two happened to catch it in theaters?? omg 😭
This was a great watch along, I didn't even notice Donna my first time.
Akaza was definitely trying to crush Tanjiro's skull in with that initial punch. There's 0 chance Tanjiro would have survived had that blow connected.
Always love your reaction❤😢
Felt like I waited my whole life to watch you guys react to this part.
One minute silence for Rengokyu anikhi 😔. You'll be missed
