Since Nintendo has removed a lot of sheet music from various sheet music hosts, this is now the only available accurate solo piano sheet music of that song available on the internet from what I know and, of course, it's free. Actually one of my favorite themes of all time, from one of my favorite games of all time
The next video will be the probably best theme from the Elden Ring DLC, while probably also harder to play than the Elden Ring DLC.

Having this as a faithful recreation is so valuable. Part of me was hoping that the cover would include Farther Away as well, but I respect that you kept it to just Don't Ever Forget in its original form.
Wish Nintendo would provide sheets for their soundtracks. Would make a selling point together with the soundtrack discs/vinyls.
@@Gebirges Actually there are a few official Nintendo sheets for the most popular games ever but not really that many, so you do have a point there. It would definitely sell well if they made more

Hey. Just wondering how you make these covers? Like whats the proces?
First I transcribe the song without using the piano at all, which is a process where I stop the song every two seconds and then go back several times to make sure I capture all instruments that can be captured.
Then I practice the song for quite some time on the piano, record it, and then edit the video and audio, which both takes quite a lot of time. The upper part of the video is created by me manually editing every note in the sheet music to match it how I'm playing the song in the best case, and in the worst case when the song has a free tempo or constant tempo switches I have to manually edit every single note I played because using a pedal adds infinite note length to digital notes.
Hard to explain, but all of that is possible because I record everything digitally, not with a microphone.
That's basically the process, you can be sure that every video takes a lot of effort and often also going through several very tedious processes, but it's usually worth it
