At first I thought "Operation" was such a strange track to include... But as an intro for the album it makes so much sense, and the transition to Comona is flawless. Seriously, I was listening to the Comona cover on commute and even got a little emotional over just how good it is. How did you manage to improve upon what is already perfect? This album's such a labor of love.
I think the cool bit is it slowly builds into second strike's pacing and uses the opening from it as a slow transition into comona. Its god damn amazing.
The only thing I'd add to this - and it is a very small thing - but I'd add a T-minus ignition countdown to the end of Comona. That'd take a 10/10 track to an 11/10.

If there ever will be remaster/remake of AC series, Project Aces needs to hire you guys. This track hit me harder than all boogeys and AA's in the world ever could.
Comona is such an incredible track and there's not many covers that really do it justice, you really need to live up to the fantastic guitar work of the original and you guys absolutely knocked it out of the park.

i use to do Camona in the starter jet F4 Phantom, on the hardest difficulty, and it was a Test! Awesome game deserves an Awesome cover, And this is Just That!!~ Awesome Job, Tiberian Sons!
You know what saddens me the most in all of the Ace Combat covers / medleys / tribute albums ? Every single one of them skips Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere like it doesn't exist. Those who now rush to reply "beep music not guitar" hasn't heard Physical Layer.
Admittedly, Ace Combat was a bit more niche before the Holy Trinity on PS2. That and the cut down version we got in the West probably didn't help things. But if AC3 were to get a remake I have no doubt that soundtrack would blow up, especially in electronic circles.
