@@palestineadesanya7040 I've got a Redwood on this estate and it's great. Very few snags and what we did have, they sorted out. Some of them took 9 months to sort out unfortunately but it was all fairly trivial stuff.
@@andrewdavies2170 I’ve just bought a farrier in Manchester. Think they all have different names all over the country but it’s a 4 bedroom with a massive garden. Get the keys next week can’t wait to move in and get decorating! Went for the demo last week and loved the house. Each to their own. Some people aren’t a fan of new builds
@@palestineadesanya7040 don't expect it to be perfect - it won't be. EVERY new house has problems but they'll sort it out for you - just don't return your NHBC survey until they do - there's another one at 9 months so you can push back again and get any last items sorted. I'm sure you'll love it.
Best Bellway house I’ve seen so far they’re getting better 🙌🏾👏🏾👌🏾
Nice property, decent price
Absolutely stunning
Just bought my Bellway. Can’t wait to move in!
Very beautiful house 🏠 I love it.
Stunning house.
Ours was £512,000 and we have a bellway plane in Newcastle. I wish the redwood was just £500k.
Waouuu where is it!?!? Lovely 🥰
YES LOVE IT BUT they are not that price i was quoted much more for something smaller
NICE HOUSE!
Bought a Tanner and love it but they are not good at all when it comes to complains.
👌
Very nice but way too much gray everywhere !
What’s the house type name?
🤔 Nice but would it be big enough for me, my husband, our cat, hamster and my grown up daughter who stays over a few nights a month? 😂
Is that really trendy interior design for the UK? I can't decide if it's dated or just ugly.
not a fan of the main lounge but the rest is quite nicely done I think
Where is this property located?
North east, it’s in the description
What is the name of the style of the house of bellway?
@@vishalparmar1537 it's a Redwood
Lovely home, is the furniture include in the price?
It is always unfurnished
No, this is a show home.
How much this house if have all this furniture 😁
@@Lion-zk8xe it’s likely rented, I think they usually pay a designer to “dress” the home. Then the show homes are sold without the furniture
Bellway home was one council house bulder
Where is this property located and what is the property name?
It’s a Redwood in the North East
