I really appreciate how she’s always trying. Trying to figure out life, who she is, how to be disciplined, what she’s meant to do, etc. Even is she comes up short, or needs to take a break, she always comes back and tries. I’ll always respect some who tries.

I really relate to the 30m rot in the morning haha. I've been trying to get up quicker but right now, I'm allowing myself to rot.. but with intention 🤣 In all seriousness, I take the time to wake up, set my intentions for the day and self reflect a little bit on what I did yesterday, what I will be doing today and how life looks right now. I kind of let whatever emotions come up from all this thinking run its course and then move on by showering and starting the day! Thank you for your videos, Michelle! I really do look forward to each one. they're all so relatable and it makes me feel less alone with my struggles 😭♥
haha I can't lie to myself anymore, I need that rotting period😭 hopefully I can reduce the amount of time slowly. I love your videos. We have many similarities and it helps me see how someone else processes their thoughts. It helped me to take a break and watch your video since it's so calming and well-thought-out. I agree with you about routines in general. The most successful people don't do all these pinteresty things, they just get their job done however they can. I've found that if I listen to my body and don't go against it, it self-regulates. It knows how much sleep it needs, how much food, how much exercise... Stress is one of the most tiring things for the body and that's why we feel lazy without "doing anything" because our brain is maxed out. Rest without worry, and keep your environment silent for a little while so you can listen to your body and give it what it needs. Lastly, I love that you love white fabrics, it makes everything look so clean and soothing. Sending you hug :)

I was in a similar place too this year, barely going to the gym, not eating a lot and yk, everything else. I also left my job during uni because it drained me mentally and creatively too, so things haven't been that easy but I'm still so grateful for where I am. Just wanted to comment this to let you know that a lot of us, especially those of us in our 20s, are all just trying to figure things out and have peace of mind

I love every second of this. I related heavy to the not a morning person thing. I be waking up at 8 and rotting till 9 then working out and then a shower then more rotting. But I've been trying to achieve a few goals here and there and I finished an online graphic design course and got my certificate so that's cool.
Michelle, thank you for this inspiring and comforting video. I also recently left my job, live at home, and have financial support from my parents. It's a blessing but also I struggle so so much with implementing structure and having a routine for my day. I love how vulnerable you are with sharing your feelings, and your room because I also have to clear out and declutter my space. That's also been a struggle. I want to revisit goals as well, and also look at the ones I did achieve!! And then reflect on changing some up that are more realistic and approachable in my life right now. You are so so authentic and I hope all your goals come true lovely :)

The working for 8hrs thing, I NEED to get into that, buh I'm like in for 2 or 3 hrs straight and then I take a long a$$ break and then work for another 1or 2 and I'm jus spent
honestly I take breaks throughout as well, sometimes its really hard to stay on track the whole time. I just chose 8 hours bc thats how long I used to be at work for, but find what works best for you:)
