Yay, more lucky bags! Wish we had them here in the UK. You're meant to wear the separate plaid elasticated 'belt' on top of the skirt, to make it into a peplum skirt. Two looks in one!
- the belt make it a peplum skirt! - the denim like shirt/dress would be very cute with a belt and booties and the coat!! - the white jumper w/ some high waisted blue jeans n booties would look so cute - the gingham checkered thingy would be really cute with black high waisted jeans!!
You’re so lucky to find all these lucky bags. I wish other countries sell lucky bags too 😊 I haven’t finished watching the full video yet but I’m sure everything will look great on you Sharla💜
I hope that you had fun picking out all of these lucky bags! They were fun to watch and it made me more inclined to take a chance on a bag like that in the future. Before your videos I didn't know that lucky bags existed and now I have watched a bunch of videos about them. I also appreciated that you knew that the Ingni and Poke'mon bags would be good because you had used them before, and that makes me feel better about sticking to items that I know will be good. I wanted to comment that I'm glad that you showed your full figure on the video today. You look great! I hope that you are feeling really proud of yourself for not snacking as much and such. I appreciate that you were willing to share your eating habits and wanting to get healthier with us. It helps to keep me motivated by seeing you doing so well, but also when you share that things are hard with us. Thanks again for all of the videos! You are so sweet and an uplifting part of my day. Best, Megan
for that long denim shirt you can wear it open with a plain or maybe light colored graphic tee and some leggings and a beanie or smth. rock that comfy style brother
Yeah I’d definitely wear it with a band/movie t-shirt too, some ankle-showing pants or leggings and doc martens or cool trainers! And a big infinity scarf for colder days!
The olive green skirt could look really cute with a pale pink top, which is a great color on you. Everything looked great on you, especially the pencil skirt and the checked top! Enjoyed seeing all your lucky bags this year.
That black and white blouse at the end is super cute! Also I think that belt would look cool on top of the pencil skirt! Or even over the denim dress to cinch the waist in! Id love to see that combo!
Yes! I loved everything on you! The waist belt would work great with the white shirt you have from the other lucky bag and even with the same patterned pencil skirt:). The denim dress/shirt just needs a thin funky colored belt and it would be adorable! Love the coat as well and guessing once you move to Korea you will be happy to have it as Megan Bowen seems to talk about how freaking cold it is there in the winter time!! Love the lucky bags and wish you could vlog everyday or at least twice a week!! Hugs from Montana and Happy New Year! BTW, I LOVE your home city! My Mom and Dad grew up near Seattle and north of Everett near the ferry so we would travel to Victoria while growing up and go to all the fun shops, Museum & Gardens and even stayed at “The Empress”! Such a lovely city! Traveling there actually got me interested in traveling to the UK and I did a summer exchange to Aberdeen and then after graduating High School I did an extra year of it in Sheffield and being independent and 18 really just took the year and traveled all over Britain & Loire Valley ofFrance. Two years later found me at College in a sign language theater and we spent a summer traveling Norway & the UK again. I’m a HUGE proponent of traveling while young because the years slip away quickly and suddenly your 43 like I am and wish you could’ve seen even more of the world before things like Mortgages and car payments! LOLLL But I was lucky enough to travel around Britain and a few other places thanks to your beautiful city!
I think that stretchy plaid material you thought was something to put on your waist is a bandeau..? I‘d use it as a type of crop top! It would go really nice with that other high waisted pencil skirt of the same material! Loving your vlogs btw - thanks for always being positive and making my day! Xx
Hello from a fellow Canadian! I totally agree with your favourite picks from this bag. The waist-cinching thing was so surprising! It was kind of hard to tell what it would look like on, but it ended up being really cute! Wish I could take that olive skirt off your hands, since that is one of my favourite colours. Thanks for making such fun videos! You've really reinvigorated my desire to do an exchange in Japan.
i like that you actually take your time on every item and describe the fabric und what you think a little bit, and not just throw them to the side :) nice videos!
The green skirt is super cute, throw it in some black RIT dye! Also, you could use the plaid belt as a peplum on the matching skirt to mix up the look, without it standing out so much. Love your vids!
I really like everything in this bag! As far as the waist belt, you could probably wear it on top of the pencil skirt as a peplum, to dress up the skirt even more and make it more "date night" as opposed to "business formal".
Those skirts were adorable! I really like the green one, I think it would actually look really cute on you too. You definitely got some good deals this year 😊
that gingham top is soo cute you have to keep it, would be super cute with a denim skirt!! that belt will look great with oversized tee or white button up shirt
Yaaaas! I was waiting for this one particular lucky bag, just because the bag itself looks so cute! My favorite item gotta be the last shirt, it is so pretty and I really think it suits you, looked great in the try on little clip. I think they were good items in the general, the pencil skirt is just not my cup of tea and the belt I wouldn't know how to use nicely haha Thanks for the video, the whole fukubukuro series were sooo nice, I enjoyed waiting everyday to see a new one!
The black and white check skirt looks great on you! and the white jumper look nice on too that black and white check looks great, I would wear the check top
The olive skirt is a tulle skirt. I have a bunch and LOVE them! It goes great with a sweater worn over the elastic.. so not tucked in. Black would look great with it and even black with a graphic on it! :)
I'd pair the cream sweater with the ballerina skirt and some cute Vans for a fun, ladylike-meets-tomboy kind of look. The coat was very interesting, the perfect thing to go over wide-leg trousers IMO.
Another good one! Watching these feels like a second christmas including Marro and Luna's bag😄. Definitely going to look for the chew worm for my cat... He loves all charger chords.
Ahhhhhhh!!! I REALLY LOVE ALL THE SKIRTS!!! I would take both the pencil and green skirt!😍😍😍💕 so pretty!!! Love your video! ....I would die for those skirts.. lol
Omg I want that olive green skirt so bad. I tend to wear earth tones because they look so good with my red hair. That denim style dress would be cute with a belt!
I think the pencil skirt and the blue dress shirt both looks really cute on you, the dress would be perfect with a cute belt! ❤️ And you maybe you should give the green skirt a try, you never know! Since the green is on the bottom and not close to your face you wouldn’t notice as much and I think it would look pretty cute with a cream sweater!
You could definitely use the denim shirt dress as an open unbuttoned shirt :) like with a black or white shirt underneath and jeans. You could totally rock that look!
love looking at what all was in the bags! ---i liked the plaid belt, you might try it with the big blue shirt/dress/tunic thing (that would be cool with leggings by itself or with a thin belt too) or as someone mentioned below as a peplum on the plaid pencil skirt. the checkered top is adorable on you (hints of lolita). love the coat, i had a vintage 20's coat with similar lines and i loved that coat. hmmm, i would consider trying to dye the green skirt black or navy (test it with a q-tip at the waist seam)... even if it doesn't completely take, the darker color might be more to your liking.
I think all the items that you tried on looked good on you. I bet even the olive green skirt would look good too. Like you said; step out of you comfort zone and try something new. Whatever you decide; you can rock it! 🤗
That was such a good bag! And the coat looks really cute on you! I actually really love this brand and shop there when I'm in Japan, so it was really cool to see what a lucky bag from them is like :D
The first skirt you got would look great with a black turtle neck and some ankle boots with a leather jacket 😍💜💜 that white/cream sweater with some cute black skinny jeans would be cute as well and the last shirt you got would look good with black skinny jeans like you said and some ankle boots , in my opinion 🤗💜 love you sharla !
I thought it was a lingerie bag because i read it as Em-SEX-cite (which is my pervy mind once again) LOL Such cute stuff in there though! I'd wear some of it!
Idk if you'd want to go to the trouble, but you could always dye that olive skirt black and still keep it! They make really easy to use at home dyes with thorough instructions, and black is pretty foolproof most of the time since you can't leave it in too long and get a different color result than what you were hoping for. Just an idea. But I'm also really glad you always talk about gifting or donating stuff you don't want as opposed to selling or throwing it away. I wish everyone was as kind and considerate as you! 😊💜
Yay, more lucky bags! Wish we had them here in the UK. You're meant to wear the separate plaid elasticated 'belt' on top of the skirt, to make it into a peplum skirt. Two looks in one!
Oooooooo!!😃✨
Totally agree, peplum is in! I bet she's right
I was just about the say this in the comments 😁
I was about to say this, too. :)
Sharmander that or wear the belt with the denim shirt/dress.
- the belt make it a peplum skirt!
- the denim like shirt/dress would be very cute with a belt and booties and the coat!!
- the white jumper w/ some high waisted blue jeans n booties would look so cute
- the gingham checkered thingy would be really cute with black high waisted jeans!!
I second all of this!
YES 👏
well theres your outfit for a week
DUDE the matching belt with the skirt and a tank top for a spring work look would be perfect
the black and white gingham puffy sleeve shirt is PERFECT!!
Or with a white button up and cute heels (I like patent leather) for a business mtg.?
YES
Lets all agree this clothing bag even though Sharla was unsure was waaaaay better than the clothes bag we shall not name!
You’re so lucky to find all these lucky bags. I wish other countries sell lucky bags too 😊 I haven’t finished watching the full video yet but I’m sure everything will look great on you Sharla💜
I actually really like the long coat and the last checkered shirt! they looked super cute.
wonpencil Yeah I love that shirt! ^.^

If you put the weird belt over the formal skirt then it will be like a peplum skirt :)
for that long denim shirt you can wear it open with a plain or maybe light colored graphic tee and some leggings and a beanie or smth. rock that comfy style brother
roll up the sleeves too because rolled sleeves are killer i roll mine up all the time
Yeah I’d definitely wear it with a band/movie t-shirt too, some ankle-showing pants or leggings and doc martens or cool trainers! And a big infinity scarf for colder days!
The belt would really go well with the dress shirt :)
thats what i was thinking too
Yeah they definitely look like they belong together
I THINK that belt is actually a shirt...
The stretchy peplum style belt thing might be meant to go with the blue shirt dress. The pencil skirt is super cute! 😸
The olive skirt is so cute
Eneri Right? My immediate thought was, "Cuuuuute!"
Agreed!! Plus, I love olive green!
The olive green skirt could look really cute with a pale pink top, which is a great color on you. Everything looked great on you, especially the pencil skirt and the checked top! Enjoyed seeing all your lucky bags this year.
That checkered Blouse was in fact the best item in this lucky bag. It accentuates your silhouette perfectly and makes you look very feminine.
That black and white blouse at the end is super cute! Also I think that belt would look cool on top of the pencil skirt! Or even over the denim dress to cinch the waist in! Id love to see that combo!

amysimonbiz I got excited seeing "Sheffield" in your comment! Greetings from Sheffield :)
amysimonbiz I live in Seattle now and will be going to Victoria in March for a conference. I am excited!
The plaid skirt looks great on you!
The last shirt looked super cute on you!!! And the denim dress/long shirt would look great with a belt xx
I love that olive green skirt. But I love green in general. Everyone has their colors lol
Also that check shirt makes you look like a very trendy scarecrow. In a good way of course!
That skirt is honestly adorable. That's prob my favorite clothing item you got out of all the bags!! Enjoy it!
The checkered “weird” shirt that you weren’t sure if would look good on you-please wear it!! You totally pull it off and you look BOMB!!
I think that stretchy plaid material you thought was something to put on your waist is a bandeau..? I‘d use it as a type of crop top! It would go really nice with that other high waisted pencil skirt of the same material!
Loving your vlogs btw - thanks for always being positive and making my day! Xx
All of the items were great! I would wear all of them! The pencil skirt could definitely be worn every-day in autumn and spring.
Sharla, honestly, it all looked good on you! A bit different than your typical style, but you looked great. Love the trench coat!
Put that olive skirt in depop!!!! I love it!! Also, your hair looks gorgeous and shiny 💙
The sweater and olive skirt would be great together, nice contrast of textures too. Not too sure about the belt thingy. Love the coat. What fun.
You really suit the last shirt!!! Makes you look so bright and youthful despite it being black and white. You should try more ruffly stuff! ♡
What a great bag! I'm so envious, other countries should adopt this marketing from Japan. Everything looks great on you
I love the pencil skirt! It looks really good on you!

Hello from a fellow Canadian! I totally agree with your favourite picks from this bag. The waist-cinching thing was so surprising! Thanks for making such fun videos! You've really reinvigorated my desire to do an exchange in Japan.
That olive green skirt would look so good on you!! I really liked the 1st pencil skirt and the denim dress (you could belt it at the waist)!
i think everything you got in this bag was SUPER cute!
