I used to live in a warmer climate where I could go mountain biking and trail running all year long but since moved to a 4 season environment way up north which has prevented me from getting back into the groove. I used to run 60 miles a week and mountain bike on the road about 80 to 120 a week. My favorite was ridding up the steepest and longest paved road I could find. I would also either trail run or ride once a week on an epic long distance all day deal and take one day off to rest. I did this all after work in the evenings and weekends after working construction all day. Now I just do construction and that's my exercise. I miss getting that natural high after about 5 miles into the trail where you feel like your done and then all of a sudden you can go forever and felt like Superman.
life can get in the way of your health unfortunately. Its not always easy but we set our own priorities and alarm clocks. you should get back on the trails...
@@SailingSVRio True. That's why I've been planning on changing my life to get back to the things I love and that's sailing, spear fishing and ridding my bike. I've been saving up for a Cyber 48 and plan on sailing around the world. I'm planning on starting the build sometime in 2025. I'm waiting for this everything bubble to pop. When the prices drop which I think they will because they have to, that's when I will start my build.
Bula bro always wanted to see if any1 can do it in 90 sec but who knows u might need a Alex to set that record 😅😅😅😅lol who know they may be no Alex with 56sec record
