At least we got our fill from other RE titles he finished. Not that I blame him, the jump from RE6 to RE7 with new RE engine was crazy enough for the hype. So it pushed him to play 7 and 8. But he has no nostalgic value or attachment towards the series overall, so don't really care for 4. Makes me worried for his eventual FF16 playthrough.
I personally prefer RE2 Remake but this was really good too. And yeah shame, bad release timing for Lirik as he had other games he was desperate to play

Re4 is the best remake out of the three remakes imo, too bad he probably not gonna finish it.
because he didnt, i actually grabbed it and doing a second playthrough in newgame + professional difficulty rn. have rlly enjoyed this crazy ride
