Yes it works on lower leagues but the problem is most bookies don't have lower leagues available to bet from. My next video coming up on this has one example of such. Also I've noticed people in the US and UK only have top Leagues available to them on most bookies they play on. They don't have much options like we do and it's why we have more people making profit from bets in Africa and other side of the world than them. It's why they try to use arbitrage and such to make up for it whereas we don't do all that to win
