I'm really surprised they didn't. However, I know that Skew Siskin really filled that female vocal slot that Lemmy liked to open with quite well.

Just proves that sex appeal is not the only thing a woman has to offer. You see it so often with pop-stars. Once they turn 30, their carreer is pretty much over. Thank god these ladies have something called talent and attitude.

It's the absolute badassery these women have, the sheer talent.. they have still.got the same attitude as they had 30 years ago and that alone should do more for feminism than any damn pink hat, woman are strong beings.. these ladies demonstrate that at every level! It's immense..
I'd challenge that and say that has less to do with the pop star's talent and more of it being a reflection on society's shitty expectations of what sexy looks like (typically beauty is associated with youth). There are plenty of talented non-pop star women whose careers have faded in a short amount of time for the same reason. You can have all the talent, attitude, and sex appeal in the world and still be cast aside because the music industry is largely a reflection of society, and our society's interest is fickle and beauty standards are narrow.
Not impressed here. I see it as just imitating The crappy no talent ( male) bands that take the lazy way out...don't bother to learn to play the instruments... But I guess there's a place in this society where some need this...not fo me

It's hilarious how they are just as gross looking 20 years later as they were in the 90's, goddamn they fucking rule. Probably the only female band ever that has never had to rely on looks in even the slightest way. Love them to death.

Always thought L7 was a lesbian band since their enception back in '85. Not so, as they all are married or have male partners, So maybe they support? Can't figure. But why base the band on this premise? I still love their music, though. One of the best punk bands after the 1979 surge in the US.
