Hi Jacki! I just finished all of your videos and you are a joy to watch! You're a breath of fresh air to this community! You have some beautiful stitching on the go! See you next time!
Girl with Primrose is gorgeous. Mystick Stitch and Cross Stitch Collectibles are good sources for Mucha's. And thank you for sharing her. Stitch all the Mucha 😁 💙🖖
Hi Cindy! I had to use a flower vase as the pickling vessel because I didn't have a jar big enough, it's massive! 🤣 Will absolutely provide a pickle update in the next video! Glad to hear you enjoyed the scotch tape, I figured it would probably be common knowledge for most stitchers here, but it never hurts to share! It was definitely new to me!! 😄
I love your disclaimer 😂 Your editing is the best. Your nails looks great!! I bought the kit, but didn’t have the patience for the powder dip thing myself. I love your wips, thank you so much for sharing 💜 See you soon xxx
Thanks, Tess! Definitely trying to have fun with these and make them a little silly 🤣I think I'm a full week in on these nails now and still no chips! Hahaha just in case you ever need encouragement to give it a another shot 😬
Thanks, Theresa! So far we've got unanimous consensus for including a future pickle update - happy to know I'm not the only one at least mildly intrigued by this thing 🤣
Man, I love finding really great and fun flosstubes like this! I have been wondering about a Cricut machine but not sure how or what I'd use it for. However, I do need another hobby. >insert sarcasm here
Hi Dj! If you're wondering what to do with a Cricut you will love the episode (#4) I just posted, LOTS of custom thread drop content I made using my cricut. Always fun to encourage unnecessary new hobbies to pick up 🤣
Chris Xross Stitch is doing an Alfonze Mucha piece and he was told to pronounce Moo-haa ; ) I love the Art Deco movement❣ You did a beautiful job on the poppy piece. And thank you for the caution on buying unlicensed charts! Thanks for the tape tip! I've used to secure fraying items to cut (so both ends stay intact) but not for threading!
Thanks, Rebecca! I may need to go and pick his brain on the pronunciation then, lol!! I think nearly anything in art deco and art nouveau styles make for lovely cross stitches if I do say so myself 🥰 Glad you can make use of the threading hack!
I recently got a Cricut too and am still learning. There are so many things you can do with it, that it can be overwhelming. You can make thread drops with mat board, or card stocks. 🦋🌸🦋🌸
Coming soon! Keep an eye out on tiktok in the meantime, have a video post coming (maybe today) 🤣Waiting for my oldest to get home since he will be the pickle guinea pig but it's looking good after a week in the fridge!
Love seeing your finished Mucha piece again! It makes me excited to get mine back out soon. I may be wrong about this, but I believe his artwork is old enough to be in the public domain now so copyright might not be an issue with his work. Glad you had a nice getaway too. I visited Morro Bay a couple of years ago and loved it! Especially being from landlocked Oklahoma, anytime I can see actual ocean is a dream!
The Mucha is gorgeous!!!!!! Welcome!
