I think there's a hidden backstory between Chowder and the cafe owner. He seems to know her and it seems a little weird to see Cinnamoroll as a threat to Anna when there were no signs of aggression showing at all. It also seemed like he had jealousy. Maybe she took Chowder in at one point and when she found out that his magic was dangerous, she kicked him out but still wanted to remain friends, just a theory though.
I feel like even without looking at it from a deeper pov, it's more like it's got the spirit of older animated kids films from like the 80s like The Brave Little Toaster, that Raggedy Ann movie and definitely Unico. Yeah you can find deeper meaning if you look for it, but ultimately it's a simple story a kid can understand with some dark and bizarre imagery to really sell how high the stakes are.
The thing that made me cry the most about this movie was the song at the beginning and the end about how everything will be okay, to always be happy now matter how mysterious and lonely things become, and to always be with friends and family and be happy because Cinnamoroll will take care of you. I cried for 20 minutes and don't know why.

Also: “666” translates to “Nero” not “Satan” (which comes from Arabic legends, as it’s the name of a particularly wicked Djinn). The Book of Revelations was/is a code book for Christians during the Roman persecutions (as in “the truth of the secret code will be revealed” when you know the code, which is why there are so many numbers in the book).
8:21 “AND THE WINGED HUSSARS ARRIVED…” This is great though. I watched the movie expecting cute fluffy puppies all the way through but that dough monster was a little disturbing ngl and the idea of said cute fluffy puppies getting eaten, burnt, impaled, or buried really left me feeling terrified for them the whole time.
4:29 some unpleasant madoka magical flashbacks right here 😖... I really love these kind of movies where they appear cute and innocent but hide some really dark elements underneath. I'd like to add that the Ringing Bell movie was a flawed but pretty effective and awesome movie . Thank you for bringing it up
what i don't get from the movie is the cameos of the other Sanrio characters. there's Hello Kitty, My Melody and the others which make me wonder if they all exist in the same universe but the stories they are in take place in different points in time before all becoming friends in Super Cute Adventures.

That nub probably wanted to save The Girl, so he went rebellion against god's will,hence willing to become fallen angel just to do so. i cant blame him, it is hard to go against the God's will aka facing death basically was one of it. Like i deducted my lifespan for someone else lifespan to be added. i still hate demons who buys human souls,and mad at those who sold theirs. Its a complicated world.
