It looks good and to take it to the next level just toast the rice flour until the raw smell gives way to nutty/biscuity smell. Then mix in oil and then the water, rosewater, sugar and last saffron. Also please work on the sound to make it more level and pleaseing to the ears.
Thank you for the suggestion, I will try. Don't want to change the authentic recipe, as it's kind of my family legacy. My grandpa had the first kitchen in my hometown, who was cooking this dessert. And on the microphone, I will get another microphone when I start to record videos again.

You could edit your video and cut out idle times. Just a suggestion.
