Any product you apply on body to wash or any purpose needs cosmetics manufacturing license. But no license is needed for product ou make to clean the car, utensils , floor etc.

No one can make cosmetics at home. Law does not allow you to make at home without license. If your vendor has license to make cosmetics then you can buy from them with their license no written on it.

Sir apne brand name(trademark)se karna ho but manufacturing dusri company ho(third party) to lisence chahiye? Or chahiye to konsa?
You do not need any license if you are trading cosmetics.

Except Delhi you need Fire NOC for all type of cosmetics products. You can not get license for Hand made cosmetics.
