We have done about 25k ft in the last few months and have been though clay, sand, and rock all on the same road in Georgia. We just snapped a rod in half on Tuesday after getting stuck in rock. But with the changing ground conditions, the mix has most certainly helped. You can add those jugs straight to the tank and let them mix with the jets. You should only put dry mixing agents in the hopper… that thing will get super gummed up and you’ll always have to clean it. Maybe the angle of the pipe dolly was causing it to put extra strain on the pill back last shot. We always try keeping it pretty straight on. Keep the vids comin!
Just curious, why do you remove the head every night? I'm assuming to prevent it from walking off on it own. Why not just stick the head a few feet in the ground for the night? There is a crew working in my neighborhood for the past few weeks and that is what they do, kinda hard to steal it when its in the ground and attached to the drill.
Huge fan of your work man! Watch every single upload! What surprised me is that it’s not even Christmas yet in your videos! Is that why you didn’t upload for 2-3 weeks, so you can have a backlog of videos?
Thank you for the support. Kind of. I was editing a different project at the time and Christmas got busy. I’m trying to up load more consistently right now.
This is to cool
One time you should have Nan try to put the drill head on. Hahaha
The next person digging or doing utility work here is gonna be so confused with the radom conduits all over 😂

Pretty neat how the water mix could affect a shot so much.
Life changing really
