"Let's have some fun". I think this is the way every baking video should start because that's really what we're doing, isn't it?
Absolutely! That's how I see it too :)
Hello Angie.
I learned a lot from you. I consider you my teacher.
This video was great.
I enjoyed.
Thank you so much! 😃
Thanks Angi! Love your channel. Can’t wait to try these💚
You're so welcome! They were really delicious, give them a try :)
Looks great!! 👍🏽
Thanks 🍫🍫
Very beautiful as always. You have a special way of delivering your videos which makes them a pleasure to watch. 👋👋👍👍
Thank you so much ☺️🥳
I would have never thought to do keyline pie, but they look so good! Also the runny center can be really nice texture! 👌
they were soooo good! And the center firmed up over night :)
These look delicious! But how do you deal with the refrigeration requirements/short expiration date of these kinds of fillings?
They last for about 1-2 weeks in the fridge. Which means I only make them for special occasions :)
Thank you Angie, Can I use almonds or another seed in the recipe?
Yes, absolutely!
Unique idea of using the battery operated toothbrush👌👌👌👌👌👌Are you not pouring the cocoa butter color into the airbrush as it may clog it ??? Loved the idea
Thank you! Yeah clogging drives me nuts!! I’m explaining more under your other comment 🙃
Are you tempering your chocolate with cocoa butter and than also adding silk?
no I'm only using silk, which is cocoa butter :)
Unique way of colouring with the airbrush. But i want to ask you do you not pour the cocoa butter colour into the airbrush cup and spray? Anyway loved this new idea
Hi there,
I don’t pour the color into the cup anymore. The reason for that is that my compressor isn’t powerful enough. It works great for 1-2 molds, but then the cocoa butter gets stuck. I’m a very impatient person and it makes me really mad when that happens 😅🤣
I want to buy a more powerful compressor but I don’t have the space to store it right now.
Thank you

Thanks 🙃
Every time I design bon bons I have to coat it with white colored cocoa to retain the design and make it visible?
What kind of colors are you using?
Ahh so it depends on the colors. I’m using a variety!
In which tempareche cocobutter temper
The temperature of your colors shouldn’t be higher than 30C/86F :)
@@angilearnshowtochocolate thanks dear ❣️
Wt is coco nibs..?
Cocoa nibs are „crushed“ and roasted cacao beans
What is the shelf life?
They didn’t last long in my household 🤣 but shelf life is 1-1.5 weeks max
Thank you
Awesome… But too thick and it’d be better with a cookie cutter… AMAZING WORK 🔥🔥🔥🔥👌👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏼😍
Thanks ☺️
