    I'm with ya on Roger being an engineer he has helped me alot with carveco vids. My mind is blown that him being across the pond and messing with harbor freight pretty cool Roger keep doin it and thanks very much for your help.

    I would love to do this to my 7x 14 lathe but I wouldn't know where to start. I could do it probably but I haven't done anything like this before.

    Thinking buying the 7x10 , for small project 5mm to 12mm stainless rod .. i heard bad reviews not sure if worth it to buy?

    On a Lathe if you had some round stock and you needed to bore a hole that was more to 1 side ( as in not center) can you alter the Jaws on the chuck to do this?

      As a machinist i can say yes you can do this its called off center turning (eccentric turning). You can either make them or order in the equipment to do it. Truthfully its faster to do it on a mill

      ​@@sotkshadow8306you can also shim a jaw or install a 4 jaw chuck to turn off center
