Martin's comedic timing is unmatched. Dude brights my days like nobody else.
Unmatched? So then, better than Letterman? Interesting.
What a great segment. So much talent. Thanks Dave!
Love Martin Short. Every appearance was brilliant.
Hey Don Giller, thank you so much for uploading this series! For years now, everytime the holidays come around, I have been trying to find Martin Short's Christmas song from 2009, but could never find the entire thing. For me personally, this musical moral support is part of a full and balanced Christmas. I usually try to come up with an updated second verse for each year. (It's easier this year, since the line "Kanye West made such a stink" doesn't need to be changed.)
Thank you!!
thank you two guys for making me laugh soooo hard. Lord knows we all need it these days. Thanks for remembering!
Superb. Love his entries. Hillarious comment at 33:59 "but a poker is involved". Is it Steve Martin or David Letterman that says it? Thank you so much for your effort on this channel, Giller!
the check for ticks song I am dyyyinggggg…my bullseye rash 😂😂😂
I’m coming on your show and we’re gonna have a nice time.
I was born in 1956, I was 12 going on 13 and 69, so I relate to Brian's Song quite a bit, and I enjoyed it, I was in my late twenties when the sun came out
Thank you for uploading these gems
Marty knows how to build a comedic dialog
Martin Short is the best talk show guest in history...with apologies to Robin Williams
Agree 1000 percent - prepared material maybe but never ever the same on each appearance of Carson Conan or letterman. Seems spontaneous to me - his Jiminy Glick brought the subtle insult for humor to a new form but never seems mean spirited - but no one can keep up to him his Conan appearances are still tops in my book - hours of little jabs like a boxer
Amazing man !!!
Extraordinary 😅
What is the title of his background entrance song?
These are great, thanks for the uploads. Any chance you can do all of Robin Williams and Billy Crystal appearances on Letterman?
Possibly, in time.
Martin brilliant as ever, because he's always telling the same jokes.
😮😂😂😂
1:09 for Osama in the sand
What a HUGE BURDEN for people like Martin Short to be expected to be funny ALL THE TIME!
