How to enable or disable MS word dark mode

If you work for MS word long time, then it better to enable your MS word to the dark mode, or black theme. it can reduce the amount of bright white light on the screen.
to do that, you need to go to the File menu, then select the option, now you need to change the Office theme to black or dark gray.

I don't think it will. It would depend on your professor's word doc settings on their computer. If you want to be safe - you can convert your assignment to PDF.

No but just incase if you come in use of office online for a shared document, then keep that in white mode to avoid font color issues.

Your instructor will see the document depending on what setting they have on their machine. The only thing I would suggest is you check it looks okay in the standard white mode, in case it happens to look odd when displayed a different way to what you see.
