Great microphone. I had the QuadCast for a few years for Zoom meetings, but it was a bit too intimidating and large. The DuoCast has the same features, but is smaller and a bit more understated, with just as good or better sound quality for meetings and casting.

Hi, great review! Question: I'm using a USB amp for my PS5. If I connect the Duocast to my computer with USB and connect the Duocast from it's headphone jack to my amp (PS5) can it transfer sound to both my PC and PS5 at the same time?
anyone else having problems with the duocast I recently purchased it, it was working perfectly fine for like 2 weeks than today it just randomly stopped getting recognized by my pc saying driver erros, the mic would just turn off n on and when i tried a different usb port it stays alive for a couple seconds than stops working. Ive tried everything I could find on yt reddit google nothing worked, It also keeps popping up under devices as a Hyperx DuoCast controller
hmm thats really strange mate, maybe try it on another pc if you can just to see if it's faulty and then maybe do all the windows updates and try a different cable if you can. last option is to contact HyperX support.
@s4pslx thats the thinggg I wanna get this mic but alot of people had problems with it on their pc and I wanna use it on my ps4 and pc so idk what to do and I don't want the problem of trying to fix it so I think I should just get the quadcast one I hope they fix this problem man
Ooh great question, I THINK so.. I have no way of checking that though unfortunately otherwise I would. I personally think as long as they cable is a good high quality one you shouldn’t have any issue but just do your research first. Sorry I couldn’t help more.
I just got one today and when i plugged my wh1000xm3 into the headphone jack fully- only the left earcup worked i checked the settings for balance and it still is only the left earcup. It isnt until i plug my headphones half way then i can get both sounds has that happend to you?
hey man, nah I didn't have that issue at all with any of my headphones, it's possible that it is because of the cable you're using so try a different one if you have one. Also check your windows sound settings to make the mic is the same as mine at 8:21 - Let me know how you go!

Is there any way you could use a Type C - Type C cable and connect it to an iPad?
