So from what I saw from the end it looks like are main guy teleported to level ! You can see that the cameras broken which if I’m 99% sure are main guy started running which led him to drop his Camera maybe ditch it but if not he died
If you throw a light source in a random direction that you're not going the smiler will sometimes run after it if im not mistaken can't say if I'm remembering that right or if it's for another entity. Good job with the video you got every info about each of those levels right!
1:03 Not gonna lie, the fact I've seen that creepy face overlay floating around the web for half a decade _at least_ kinda kills the horror of this scene.
Literally some of the most quality content in terms of not only graphically/audibly, but by how you stuck to the canon of the levels and the smiler. Most people are doing their "own interpretation" which is totally fine from a creative perspective but honestly irritates me. Really glad that kept it simple, excelled in terms of graphics and audio, and stuck to the canon. (Primarily level !, because you actually made it look detailed and how it should be unlike LITERALLY every single other video of that level)

If you see a smiler you can 1: run towards it scaring it 2: slowly back away the most sensible option 3: kill it, recommending a slashing weapon and not a blunt one. What not to do, cause a scene and act scared, this dimension will suit you best if you have balls of steel
I feel like the pool rooms would be one of the most pleasant and relaxed areas of the Backrooms during daylight, but nighttime pool rooms would be terrifying. The constant splashing of the water would make it hard to hear noises made by any potential threat, and being in dark water and not able to see the bottom would be awful.
actually, he didn't do the right thing, in fact the only right thing he did was turn off the light source, but he broke eye contact with the smiler and ran desperately, this is one thing you shouldn't do when you see a smiler
To survive a smiler you have to turn off all your light source, maintain eye contact with the smiler, DO NOT RUN, walk slowly facing the smiler to the next hallway where the smiler is no longer in your field of vision If you run, you have to throw a light source in the opposite direction of the smiler so that he runs towards it. (I read this on the Backrooms Wiki)

The way the smiler tilts it head with such a fast jerk is scary asf, I think the wanderer lost eye contact for a quick second or/and showed fear as he was trembling and shaking hard.

It was because the wiki states their body is believed to be invisible to the human eye, so I assumed the camera could follow that same principle. An inter dimensional being with a body made of something our brains can’t interpret so we cannot see it and nor can the camera.

at one part of the video i nearly got a heart attack. so my eye started to get weird and once in a while my eye played tricks on me making me thing the light went off and back on for 0.01 seconds, and at the middle part of the video the lights went off for 1 second and kept turning off and on. was the scariest thing ever
